Chapter 11 ←Prev |
Chapter 13 Next→ |
MementoMori's main quests are split into chapters, and in each chapter, there are some especially difficult boss fights. Read this walkthrough to find out which teams you can use to clear Chapter 12, what enemies you'll face and strategies for defeating them.
List of Contents
If you have this team or one similar to it, you should be able to clear the entire chapter without issues.
Buffer | Attacker | Buffer | Debuffer | Tank |
---|---|---|---|---|
Merlyn
Lvl. 140 |
Florence
Lvl. 160 - 180 |
Primavera
Lvl. 120 |
Soltina
Lvl. 140 |
Amleth
Lvl. 140 |
Recommended BP: 5 to 6 million |
We managed to clear Chapter 12 without changing much with our party. We just made sure that Merlyn was faster than Florence so that she could give the latter a big ATK boost.
We only had to get Florence to level 180 and switch out Soltina and Amleth with Mimi and Dian respectively at Quest 12-28. However, we think that players can still pass this chapter without leveling up Florence if they gave their main attacker better gear and runes instead.
Cordie | Mimi |
As usual, Cordie can be an alternative to Florence, while Mimi on the other hand could be useful for quests where you face off against enemies with high DEF. In fact, if you have the resources, you can replace Amleth or Primavera with her instead for her Resonance debuff.
Resonance allows you to deal damage to the enemy with the highest DEF through the enemy with the lowest DEF, which could make stages with tanky characters in them easier to clear.
Dian | Amour |
Though we managed to clear the chapter without using them, having Dian and Amour along could still be useful. In the case of Dian, there are quests where you'd want your main attacker to survive just a bit longer to let off a second wave of skills since an enemy Skuld can boost her HP beyond 2 million.
For Amour, she can cast Blight to nullify the enemy's healing, though we found her less useful here than in past stages and opted to focus on dealing more damage instead.

This is the stage where you would want to make sure Merlyn is faster than your main attacker because Loki will more often than not use her Honey Trap skill right off the bat. Honey Trap has a good chance of silencing your main attacker, which will leave your team open to the enemy Florence's Scarlet Shimmer skill - which will not be good news for your party.
But if Merlyn is faster than your attacker, she'll be able to remove the silence debuff. Once your main attacker is cleansed, she will be able to take out the enemy party just fine.

Here is where you may finally need to either level up your main attacker to 180 to get their first active skill to level 3, or at least get better runes for them.
Florence should be able to overwhelm Skuld's increased HP and take out most of the enemy party in the first turn. But there will always be an element of randomness to it because of Ivy or Nina standing last and finishing the fight, so you'll have to retry a few times.
