Cordie has loads of built-in PM. DEF Break self buffs. Prioritize buying only PM. DEF Break runes to help her rip through even the beefiest of units. Once you've gotten them to Lv. 11 or 12, start buying SPD runes instead to ensure she has enough speed to always go first.

Giving her ATK and ACC runes will bolster her offensive prowess even more, making her hit harder and more accurately. If you haven't leveled your PM. DEF Break runes to be able to buy SPD runes yet, use CRIT runes in its place instead.

For defensive runes, HP, EVD, CRIT RES and Debuff RES runes will increase her survivability.

Both Merlyn and Mertillier will buff Cordie's ATK and CRIT chance by a very high amount, on top of the buffs already provided by Primavera. Mimi meanwhile lets Cordie deal extra damage by means of the Resonance debuff she inflicts on enemies, where the enemy with the highest DEF receives damage equivalent to 50% of the damage received by the enemy with the lowest DEF.

Cordie starts falling off slightly in terms of damage output compared to Florence later on in the Main Quest, but she still has value as a secondary Attacker and a Debuffer through her Unique Weapon, Jack and Pot.

The 80% DEF debuff it deals to enemies is a great boon that helps nuke entire enemy parties with a decently leveled Florence and a Merlyn that can buff both her and Cordie's CRIT chance.

To round out the party, have Primavera and Mimi in there as support. This team can also be used in early PvP such as your world's Battle League.

When you've been playing Battle League for a while, Cordie should transition from a DPS to more of a support that shreds enemy DEF for Fia to take out. Fia is a tanky DPS that hurts the enemy the more she receives, which makes her great against enemy teams that frontload all their damage in the first or second turn.

Have Merlyn (CRIT buffs) or Nina (steals buffs) for support, as well as Primavera and Meria. Meria in particular will give Cordie, Fia, and probably Primavera (if they're all the witches in your team with the highest ATK) a 10% SPD buff (though she needs her unique weapon at UR for this).

Great All-Around DPS For Beginners

Both of Cordie's skills, 'The Quick and the Dead' and 'Fanning Shots' deal high amounts of damage to entire enemy parties. Fanning Shots in particular is deadly to enemies that have already been damaged or debuffed by your other witches.

Self-Buffs DEF Break

Cordie's first Passive Skill, 'All Eyes on Me!' may not be too impressive at first with its ATK boost. But once you get her to Level 121, you will also get a boost to Cordie's DEF Break skill, which becomes very important in clearing later quests.

Great Unique Weapon

Perhaps the best thing about Cordie is that even though Florence eventually outperforms her as an Attacker, she can still be a good Debuffer and play as Florence's second fiddle with her unique weapon, Jack & Pot.

Jack & Pot's Skill Effect debuffs enemy DEF by a whopping 80%, opening them up to Florence's own attacks which will most likely wipe the entire enemy party in short order.

Cordie’s quick shot performance is a specialty among specialties. Deals 4 physical attacks equal to 420% of her ATK to enemies at random.

Additionally, if a target is defeated by this skill, increases Cordie’s ATK by 50% for 1 turn.
Level 3 Unlocks by level 161
The physical attacks’ damage becomes equal to 570% of her ATK.

With its blinding speed, Cordie’s rapid-fire shooting has now reached the level of an acrobatic performance. Deals 1 physical attack equal to 390% of her ATK to 5 random enemies. The thrill she experiences greatly boosts her focus, and if Cordie’s remaining HP percentage is 50% or lower, the physical attack’s damage is multiplied by 1.5.

Additionally, if a target is afflicted with a debuff, this skill is guaranteed to deal a critical hit to that target.
Level 3 Unlocks by level 101
The physical attack’s damage becomes equal to 520% of her ATK.
Level 4 Unlocks by level 181
If her remaining HP percentage is 50% or lower, the physical attack's damage is multiplied by 2.
