Can Deal Obscene Amounts of Damage With Multiple Attacks

Scarlet Shimmer

Florence is one of MementoMori's best DPS characters for a reason. Her skill, Scarlet Shimmer, can deal massive amounts of damage. If she lands a critical strike, she gains even more devastating attacks. This is why she most popularly paired with Merlyn, whose passive 'Apprentice Wanted!' gives her a big CRIT chance boost. With the right setup, she can easily nuke most enemies.

Dance of Twin Lances

Florence's 'Dance of Twin Lances' is another devastating skill that lets her wipe enemy parties very quickly. It not only attacks the entire enemy party, but makes sure that any stragglers are destroyed quickly.

Can Boost CRIT Chance On Her Own

The Saint’s Guardian

In addition to CRIT chance buffs from Merlyn, Florence has her own buff skill - 'The Saint's Guardian' - to boost her chance to deal a critical hit. This plays well into her Scarlet Shimmer skill, ensuring that she'll always do the maximum number of attacks whenever she uses it.

Increase Florence's SPD, ACC, and CRIT RES With Runes

In the later stages of the game, you do not want Florence to miss her targets because it will spell the difference between winning the battle and getting one-shotted by the enemy. Make sure to give her ACC runes on top of PM. Def Break, SPD, and ATK (or CRIT) runes.

For defensive runes, Florence could always use EVD and HP runes, though give her CRIT RES and Debuff RES runes as well to increase her chances of surviving a devastating blow and winning the battle for you.

This is a great party to have when you're starting with Florence and have a decently leveled party with all their skills unlocked. Have Merlyn in a corner so she could give Florence her Apprentice Wanted! CRIT chance buff.

Primavera and Olivia can give ATK buffs, while Soltina opens up the enemy to more attacks from Florence with her Sleep debuff. If you don't have Soltina, you can replace her with Hathor to increase your party's survivability instead, using her damage reduction skills topped with a Soul bonus.

Later in the game, if you have enough resources to Awaken both Cordie and Merlyn, you can pair them with Florence for even more damage output. Make sure Merlyn is at Lv. 210 so her Apprentice Wanted! buff can is given to both Florence and Cordie.

Cordie adds that much more firepower to the party (especially with her unique weapon, Jack & Pot), while Olivia and Soltina keep doing their thing: buffing ATK and making the enemy sleep. If you want a slight Soul Bonus, you can always put Mertilier in the fourth slot next to Cordie, take out Soltina, and put Olivia in her place.

Alternatively, you could replace Olivia with Amleth so you could have both a Soul Bonus and an insurance option; if the entire party gets wiped in one attack, Amleth will still be left standing and retaliate.

The more enemies she defeats, the more motivated she becomes. Each time Florence deals a critical hit, the number of attacks this skill deals increases by 1 (6 total attacks max). Level 2 (Unlocks by level 81) The number of initial physical attacks becomes 4, and the max total number of attacks becomes 8. Level 3 (Unlocks by level 161) The physical attacks’ damage becomes equal to 480% of her ATK.

Level 1 (Unlocks by level 11) Florence charges onto the battlefield as if she were dancing gracefully, dealing 1 physical attack equal to 480% of her ATK to 5 random enemies. Florence yells, “Give it all you’ve got until the very end!” If a target is defeated by this skill, it deals 1 physical attack equal to 520% of Florence’s ATK to the enemy with the lowest current HP. Level 2 (Unlocks by level 21) The additional attack’s damage becomes equal to 560% of her ATK. Level 3 (Unlocks by level 101) The initial physical attack’s damage becomes equal to 510% of her ATK. Level 4 (Unlocks by level 181) The number of additional attacks becomes 2.

Level 2 (Unlocks by level 121) The increase in her chance to deal a critical hit becomes 4%, and its max increase becomes 60%. Level 3 (Unlocks by level 201) The increase in her chance to deal a critical hit becomes 6%, and its max increase becomes 90%.

Additionally, before dealing the physical attacks, decreases all targets’ chance to resist a critical hit by 40% for 1 turn. Level 2 (Unlocks at UR rarity) Strengthens Scarlet Shimmer. The number of initial physical attacks becomes 6, and the max total number of attacks becomes 10. Level 3 (Unlocks at LR rarity) Strengthens Scarlet Shimmer and Dance of Twin Lances. Scarlet Shimmer’s physical attacks’ damage and Dance of Twin Lances’ initial physical attack’s damage each become equal to 525% of her ATK.
