Equip Liebe with runes that boost the damage she and her team can dish out, such as the ATK Rune. To give Liebe the opportunity to become doubly effective as a Tank/Sub-attacker, it's also recommended to equip her with the Crit Rune, especially since her physical attacks are multi-count hits.

Since Liebe operates lacklusterly on her own, you can get the most out of Liebe's skills and utility when she's coupled in an all Crimson team, especially for Tower of Souls and general battle.

Liebe can act as a tank who can dish out damage based on her HP. As her damage scales according to her HP, it's best to get a support like Freesia to improve their overall survivability and HP restoration.

Artoria is also a suitable teammate for Liebe as Artoria can receive an ATK buff if she or an ally trades HP for damage. For consistent damage output, you can choose strong main attackers like Spring Shizu.

Since Liebe has skills that increase her and allies' ATK, she can support the team's Main DPS/Attacker and buff her ATK. Strong attackers like Florence or Cordie could benefit from being paired up with her.

However, Liebe can make up for this risk via her default ability to increase the ATK buff's stack count by 1 for each time Liebe or an ally takes damage.
