For offensive runes, use MAG Run so that Soltina can reliably cast [Sleep] with her active skill Snow Dream to temporarily incapacitate enemies. Moreover, it's recommended to boost her ATK, CRIT, and Debuff ACC to make her offense more effective.

Over time, you might want to replace ATK and Debuff ACC with PM. DEF Break and SPD runes to balance things out against different types of enemies later on in the game. For defensive runes, CRIT RES, Debuff RES, EVD, and HP Runes should do Soltina just fine.

Soltina's [Faint] and [Sleep] abilities as well as her capability of being a Tank make her a good part as a Support of any starting PvE team. Soltina can be placed in any slot of the team as needed against enemy team setups. However, make sure you don't place her where it will disrupt Merlyn's CRIT buff for your team's main DPS.

Florence or Cordie can serve as the main DPS, though do take note that Cordie is most ofthen that more accessible and easier witch to Awaken and upgrade. Meanwhile, Mimi could double as a Support/Secondary Attacker especially with ability to inflict Resonance on enemies which particularly useful against enemies that can soak up a lot of damage.

This team composition uses Soltina as a tank but is enhanced by shields from Uniform A.A. and Amleth. Soltina absorb damage while Nina steals buffs, and Rusalka acts as the main DPS.

This team comp is made more effective by having units like Sivi and Sage Merlyn boost potential damage output. When the team has racked up 5 or more debuffs, Sage Merlyn can increase Florence's ATK stat. For this reason, you shouldn't use a debuff cleanser if Sage Merlyn is in the team. You can otherwise replace her with Eureka can help debuff enemies along with Soltina

In all-Azure team comps, Sivi can provide healing to the main DPS of the team provided they have the lowest SPD stat ro receive Sivi's healing. Ringmaster Cordie can provide Azure teams with her Multi-Barriers while stacking debuffs on herself to deal big damage.

Soltina Analysis and How to Play

Great at Stunning Enemies

Soltina is great at opening up enemies to attacks while preventing any retaliation. Her two Active Skills, Snow Dream and Ice Spine, both stun enemies with different conditions. For Snow Dream to inflict 'Sleep' on the enemy, Soltina has to have a higher CRIT chance, while Ice Spine will make an enemy Faint if her MAG is higher than theirs.

Fortunately, her first passive 'My Stuffed Bear' increases her CRIT Chance by 50% at Level 2. To boost her MAG, use runes.

Capable of Being a Dangerous Hard-to-Kill Tank

Another great feature Soltina has is that she can be a wall that will withstand most attacks. If the damage dealt to her is equal to 10% or higher, her Passive Skill 'Sisterly Bond' will nullify it, greatly enhancing her survivability. This could lead to her being the last witch standing in your party and surviving long enough to win the fight.

Soltina sends a rush of cold air that envelops the enemy, dealing 1 magical attack equal to 420% of her ATK to 2 random enemies. Their frozen minds are overwhelmed by severe drowsiness. If this attack deals a critical hit to a target, it decreases that target’s chance to deal a critical hit by 80% and inflicts ［Sleep］on them for 1 turn. ［Sleep］is dispelled when the target is attacked.

The magical attack’s damage becomes equal to 460% of her ATK.
Level 3 Unlocks by level 161
The targets of this skill become 3 random enemies.

Rosalie taught Soltina magic that allows her to weave a blade of ice using the enemy’s magic power. Deals 1 magical attack equal to 520% of her ATK to the enemy with the highest ATK. The magical ice freezes the enemy to their very soul. If the target’s MAG is lower than Soltina’s MAG, this skill has a 70% chance to inflict ［Fainted］on them for 1 turn.

The magical attack’s damage becomes equal to 600% of her ATK.
Level 3 Unlocks by level 101
The chance to inflict［Fainted］becomes 100%.
Level 4 Unlocks by level 181
The magical attack’s damage becomes equal to 780% of her ATK.

If Soltina is inflicted with a debuff from an active skill, and the number of debuffs she is afflicted with is 2 or more, this skill dispels all debuffs from her. This skill will not activate again until 4 action phases have ended since its previous activation

Additionally increases her chance to deal a critical hit by 20% for 3 turns (cannot be dispelled).
