Great at Stunning Enemies

Snow Dream

Ice Spine

Soltina is great at opening up enemies to attacks while preventing any retaliation. Her two Active Skills, Snow Dream and Ice Spine, both stun enemies with different conditions. For Snow Dream to inflict 'Sleep' on the enemy, Soltina has to have a higher CRIT chance, while Ice Spine will make an enemy Faint if her MAG is higher than theirs.

Fortunately, her first passive 'My Stuffed Bear' increases her CRIT Chance by 50% at Level 2. To boost her MAG, use runes.

A Dangerous Tank That Can Be Hard to Kill

Sisterly Bond

Another great feature Soltina has is that she can be a wall that will withstand most attacks. If the damage dealt to her is equal to 10% or higher, her Passive Skill 'Sisterly Bond' will nullify it, greatly enhancing her survivability. This could lead to her being the last witch standing in your party and surviving long enough to win the fight.

Soltina Best Runes

Boost Soltina's MAG, Debuff ACC, CRIT RES, and EVD

For offensive runes, use MAG runes so that Soltina can reliably cast Sleep with her active skill Snow Dream, while also boosting her ATK, CRIT, and Debuff ACC. Over time, you might want to replace ATK and Debuff ACC with PM. DEF Break and SPD runes. For defensive runes, CRIT RES, Debuff RES, EVD, and HP runes should do Soltina just fine.

Soltina is good to pair with witches that have high damage output like Florence. Florence will deal most of the damage, while Soltina keeps them stunned. Having Amleth in the party will grant a Soul Bonus, while Merlyn and Olivia carry out their roles as buffers.

Skill Effect

Level 1 (Unlocks by default) Soltina sends a rush of cold air that envelops the enemy, dealing 1 magical attack equal to 420% of her ATK to 2 random enemies. Their frozen minds are overwhelmed by severe drowsiness. If this attack deals a critical hit to a target, it decreases that target’s chance to deal a critical hit by 80% and inflicts ［Sleep］on them for 1 turn. ［Sleep］is dispelled when the target is attacked. Level 2 (Unlocks by level 81) The magical attack’s damage becomes equal to 460% of her ATK. Level 3 (Unlocks by level 161) The targets of this skill become 3 random enemies.

Level 1 (Unlocks by level 11) Rosalie taught Soltina magic that allows her to weave a blade of ice using the enemy’s magic power. Deals 1 magical attack equal to 520% of her ATK to the enemy with the highest ATK. The magical ice freezes the enemy to their very soul. If the target’s MAG is lower than Soltina’s MAG, this skill has a 70% chance to inflict ［Fainted］on them for 1 turn. Level 2 (Unlocks by level 21) The magical attack’s damage becomes equal to 600% of her ATK. Level 3 (Unlocks by level 101) The chance to inflict［Fainted］becomes 100%. Level 4 (Unlocks by level 181) The magical attack’s damage becomes equal to 780% of her ATK.

Level 1 (Unlocks by level 41) No matter how tough things get, Soltina believes that if she hugs her stuffed bear, her big sis will save her. If Soltina is inflicted with a debuff, and the number of debuffs she is afflicted with is 2 or more, this skill dispels all debuffs from her. This skill activates 1 time every 4 turns. Level 2 (Unlocks by level 121) Additionally increases her chance to deal a critical hit by 20% for 3 turns (cannot be dispelled). Level 3 (Unlocks by level 201) The increase in her chance to deal a critical hit becomes 50%.

I won’t rest until I do!” At the start of the turn, this skill grants 2 layers of ［Multi-Barrier］to Soltina (cannot be dispelled). If she takes damage that is equal to 10% or higher of her max HP, 1 barrier layer is depleted to nullify the damage. This skill activates 1 time every 4 turns. Level 2 (Unlocks by level 141) The number of layers of［Multi-Barrier］becomes 4. Level 3 (Unlocks by level 221) Additionally, while she is enhanced with［Multi-Barrier］, increases her chance to deal a critical hit by 30% (cannot be dispelled).
