Unleashing Her Magical Might and Enhancing Her Durability

To maximize Rusalka's damage, players can equip her with Offensive Runes, such as ATK and MAG Runes, to increase her magical attack power. Rusalka can guarantee damage reduction if the target's magic power is lower than hers. SPD Runes can give Rusalka turn order advantages, while CRIT Rune can increase her chances of landing critical hits.

For defense, HP Runes can boost Rusalka's survivability, CRIT Resist Runes can reduce the likelihood of her taking essential damage, STA Runes can ensure she can use her skills consistently, and Debuff RES Runes can protect her from adverse effects that could hinder her performance. The team's adaptable strategy is completed by Fia's counterattacking mechanics, Nina's evasion and control, and Merlyn's support for buffing and cleansing. Level 1 (Unlocks by default) Rusalka summons a spirit from the bottom of the sea, sending down a cursed rain that putrefies anything it touches. Deals 1 magical attack equal to 320% of Rusalka’s ATK to 5 random enemies, and has a 50% chance of decreasing the damage all targets deal by 10% for 1 turn. If a target’s MAG is lower than Rusalka’s MAG, the chance to inflict ［Decreased Damage Dealing］on that target becomes 100%. Level 2 (Unlocks by level 81) The magical attack’s damage becomes equal to 480% of her ATK. Level 3 (Unlocks by level 161) The decrease in damage a target deals becomes 15%.

Deals 3 magical attacks equal to 400% of Rusalka’s ATK to enemies at random. If a target is afflicted with a debuff, the magical attack’s damage to that target is multiplied by 1.5. Level 2 (Unlocks by level 21) The number of magical attacks becomes 4. Level 3 (Unlocks by level 101) The magical attacks’ damage becomes equal to 470% of her ATK. Level 4 (Unlocks by level 181) If a target is afflicted with a debuff, the magical attack’s damage to that target is multiplied by 2.

If she takes damage, 1 barrier layer is depleted to nullify the damage. Level 3 (Unlocks by level 201) The number of layers of［Multi-Barrier］becomes 5. Additionally increases her ATK by 70% and SPD by 30%. Additionally grants 1 layer of［Multi-Barrier］to all allies other than Rusalka. If a target takes damage, 1 barrier layer is depleted to nullify the damage.

At the start of the battle or when Rusalka is attacked, if her remaining HP percentage is below 30%, this skill increases her PM. DEF Break by 30% for 3 turns. The next time Rusalka is attacked, this buff is dispelled, and the decision to increase her PM. DEF Break based on her remaining HP percentage will be made again. Level 2 (Unlocks by level 141) Additionally, at the start of the battle or when Rusalka is attacked, if her remaining HP percentage is 70% or higher, this skill increases her chance to resist a critical hit by 30% for 3 turns. The next time Rusalka is attacked, this buff is dispelled, and the decision to increase her chance to resist a critical hit based on her remaining HP percentage will be made again. Level 3 (Unlocks by level 221) At the start of the battle or when Rusalka is attacked, the condition to grant her［Increased PM. DEF Break］becomes having a remaining HP percentage of below 50%, and the condition to grant her［Increased Chance to Resist a Critical Hit］becomes having a remaining HP percentage of 50% or higher. The increases in her PM. DEF Break and chance to resist a critical hit each become 50%.
