You can obtain the Fruit of Healing from the Weekly Missions. When you complete missions, it will be one of the rewards from the 1st, 3rd, and 5th chest. You can get 3 Fruits of Healing from the Weekly Missions every week.

How to Use Fruit of Healing

1 Cave of Space-Time
Go to the Cave of Space-Time Trial.
2 Cave of Space-Time battle
Engage in Battle.
3 Click Heal
Use the Fruit of Healing if your characters were defeated and you have no other built characters to fight. Click the Heal icon.
4 everyone defeated
It will show all characters that have been defeated. Click Heal.
5 heal everyone
Every character's HP has been restored.
