App Data Recovery

App Data Recovery lets you recover the data in case errors prevent you from progressing in the game. You can fix the bugs caused by the app data corruption with these steps.

1	Click the Settings icon at the upper-right corner of the screen before you enter the game.
2	On the Menu, click App Data Recovery.
3	A window will pop out with a reminder that you are about to do app data recovery. Click Recover. This will recover the data needed.

Deleting and Reinstalling the App

Another way to fix errors is to delete and reinstall the app. Make sure to do this when you have already performed an Account Link.

Deleting and reinstalling the app without performing an Account Link will reset your game data to the beginning, and you might lose your data altogether.

How to Delete Your Account
1	Click the Settings icon at the upper-right corner of the screen.
2	From the Menu, click Contact Us.
3	A window will pop out with a list of FAQs. Scroll down and click Contact.
4	Select Bug/Error from the options.
5	This will direct you to an external window to your email. Create an email and mention that App Data Recovery and reinstalling the app did not fix the problem.
