Kingdom of Vyde Chapter 14 Quest Guide

MementoMori's main quests are split into chapters, and in each chapter, there are some especially difficult boss fights. Read this walkthrough to find out which teams you can use to clear Chapter 14, what enemies you'll face, and strategies for defeating them.

Kingdom of Vyde Chapter 14 Guide

Best Team to Clear Chapter 14

If you have this team or one similar to it, you should be able to clear the entire chapter without issues.

For most of the quests in this chapter, the previous team we used in Chapter 13 will suffice. However, by Quest 14-16, we found ourselves switching out some members for other support witches such as Nina, Soltina, and Amleth.

We also got our support witches to level 160 by using the Level Link feature, while we bumped our main attacker to level 200 near the end of the Chapter.

Cordie

Cordie is the top alternative attacker you can get for your party, like in past chapters. Make sure that you have her unique weapon if you don't have it yet, and give her the appropriate runes and gear.

Amleth

Soltina

Nina will be useful in quests where you face off against Amleth, since she can steal Amleth's invulnerability buff. Amleth and Soltina meanwhile will be in your party to take hits for your main attacker.

Tips and Strategies

Steal Amleth's Invulnerability Buff

Amleth's invulnerability buff and the massive ATK boosts she gets from it will make short work of your party no matter how much damage you throw at her. In case Merlyn is unable to dispel her buff, bring Nina along so she can steal it instead and make short work of the Queen of Vyde.

Tips and Strategies

Get Amleth, Nina, and Soltina to Take Hits For Your Attacker

A.A. hits very hard when she gets to attack, and it'll be tough to make her Faint since she has a full party with her. So bring along units that are either hard to hit or take a while to kill like Nina, Amleth, and Soltina so they soak up A.A.'s attacks while your main attacker does their thing. This may still take a few retries, though, so don't give up so fast.

Tips and Strategies

Bring Your Main Attacker to Level 200, and Get Your Support Witches to Level 160

In our experience, the toughest witch to deal with in this stage wasn't Ophelia, but Amleth and Nina. If you want to get past them, you'll need to make sure your main attacker and your support witches are strong enough to survive.

Replace Mimi With Nina if You Are Having Trouble With Amleth

Just like in Quest 14-11, if Amleth is giving you trouble, bring Nina along to debuff her. We didn't have that many problems without using Nina, but she's still a good option to have if you do have her since Amleth survives way longer than Ophelia most of the time in this stage because of her invulnerability buff.
