Amleth's passives give her the chance to not only survive a devastating attack that would wipe your entire party, but increase her ATK greatly enough that she could still win the match.

'Fulfiller of Oaths' makes sure she'll survive with just 1 HP, and leveling it up further will make sure she lives for at least a couple more turns. Meanwhile, 'Ray of Light' increases her ATK up to 80% if you have it at a high level. So when she finally uses her Active Skills, there's a good chance you'll win the battle even if she's the only witch you have left.

Though both her Active Skills look nothing special, especially in comparison to more popular DPS options like Florence or Cordie, these will shine once the battle gets tough and her passives are activated.

Increase Amleth's ATK, CRIT RES, & DEF

Since Amleth has no way to increase her ATK aside from getting damaged, ATK runes would do her nicely, as well as CRIT runes. These should go along with PM. DEF Break and SPD runes.

For defensive runes, you will want to use CRIT RES, Debuff RES, P. DEF and M. DEF runes so Amleth can survive whatever is thrown at her. Though, eventually, you might want to replace one of the DEF runes with EVD instead.

Amleth is best used as a Tank in parties that already have a main Attacker like Florence. In quests where you are up against enemies that can one-shot your entire party, Amleth can easily finish the fight by surviving and using her ATK boost to defeat anyone Florence hasn't dealt with yet.

Skill Effect

Level 1 (Unlocks by default) Amleth unleashes a strike to the enemy with enough force to shatter cursed crystals, dealing 1 physical attack equal to 350% of her ATK to 3 random enemies. Her blade is filled with the strength to tear magic power to pieces. If a target’s type is Sorcerer, the physical attack’s damage to that target is multiplied by 1.5. Level 2 (Unlocks by level 81) Additionally increases the damage all targets take by 10% for 2 turns. Level 3 (Unlocks by level 161) The targets of this skill become 4 random enemies.

Skill Effect

Level 1 (Unlocks by level 11) A series of attacks unleashed by Amleth’s perfect swordsmanship. Deals 4 physical attacks equal to 310% of her ATK to enemies at random. Amleth never misses an opening, and each time she attacks, she has a 30% chance to deal 1 additional physical attack equal to 360% of her ATK. Level 2 (Unlocks by level 21) The additional attack’s damage becomes equal to 380% of her ATK. Level 3 (Unlocks by level 101) Additionally, if a target is defeated by this skill, restores HP equal to 10% of Amleth’s max HP to her. Each time a target is defeated by this skill, the amount Amleth’s HP is restored by increases by 10% of her max HP. Level 4 (Unlocks by level 181) The initial physical attacks’ damage becomes equal to 330% of her ATK.

Level 1 (Unlocks by level 41) In becoming the queen, Amleth must be the light in the face of adversity—even if the hands of death are what await. At the start of each turn or when Amleth is attacked, the lower her remaining HP percentage is decreased, the higher her ATK is increased (30% max) (cannot be dispelled). Level 2 (Unlocks by level 121) The max amount her ATK can increase by becomes 50%. Level 3 (Unlocks by level 201) The max amount her ATK can increase by becomes 80%.

Level 1 (Unlocks by level 61) Written across Amleth’s face is the determination to overcome every obstacle and fulfill her promise. When she takes damage that would reduce her HP to 0, she survives with 1 HP. This skill activates only 1 time per battle. Level 2 (Unlocks by level 141) Additionally grants［Immortality］to her for 2 turns. Level 3 (Unlocks by level 221) The number of turns of［Immortality］becomes 3.

The chance to deal an additional attack becomes 50%, and its damage becomes equal to 400% of her ATK. Level 3 (Unlocks at LR rarity) Strengthens Crystal Breaker. If a target’s type is Sorcerer, the physical attack’s damage to that target is multiplied by 2.
