Boost your characters' stats towards LR+6 and beyond. Learn more about how to awaken your characters beyond LR+5, awakening costs, should you go beyond LR+5, and its pros and cons.

To awaken your characters beyond LR+5, look to its Arcana. The Arcana feature gives stat boosts to your characters based on the groups they belong to. Once everyone in that Arcana group reaches a particular rarity, it can be unlocked.
| How to Awaken Your Character Beyond LR+5 | |

| 1 |  Choose an Arcana Group. Pick a group your character belongs to. We will use Cordie under Ursa's Insight arcana group in this example. |
| 2 |  Characters to LR+5. All characters in that group need to be awakened to LR+5. For this example, Merlyn, Cordie, and Mertillier should be awakened to LR+5 to unlock the Awakening feature. |
| 3 |  Go to the Awaken tab. Select the "Awaken" tab and choose the character you want to awaken |
| 4 |  Character Copies. Choose the character copies that it requires. You will need 2 SR+ copies for every awakening after LR+5. |
| 5 |  Confirm Awakening. Click Awaken. Another window will pop out to show the increase in BP. Click Awaken again. |
| 6 |  LR+6 Confirmed. Your character will have a blue star on its icon, signifying that it reached LR+6. |

Awakening your character beyond LR+5 is not a requirement. Still, it can give you additional BP and a few enhanced stats when going through the Main Quest, participating in Guild Battles, or doing Battle League.
It will not drastically improve your gameplay, and it is recommended that you only push until LR+5 to wield the Metatron set. Below are the pros and cons of awakening beyond LR+5.
