Version 4.0.0 Update
Version 4.0.0 Update of MementoMori was released on October 14, 2025. Read on for details of the Version 4.0.0 update, the errors fixed, its release date, as well as some guidelines on updating to version 4.0.0 of MementoMori.

Update Details
- Added a feature for sharing playlists (to be implemented on 10/16)
┗ The feature to share playlists was added to the Music Player, where you can now share playlists you have made to in-game Chats, or share them on social media.
┗ You can share playlists you have made via the following:
┗ 1. Tap the three dots on the right-hand side of the playlist you wish to share.
┗ 2. Tap the "Share a Playlist" button. - Upgraded the Chat Sticker selection screen to be more convenient to use (to be implemented on 10/16)
┗ Added tabs for each category on the Chat Sticker selection screen.
┗ Implemented a feature where some previously released Stickers will now be displayed on the Chat Sticker selection screen, where they can be bought using Diamonds. - Added a feature for unlocking Text Bubbles (to be implemented on 10/16)
┗ Implemented a feature where some previously released Text Bubbles will now be displayed on the Chat Settings screen, where they can be bought using Diamonds. - Added a Switch Worlds button to the Menu (to be implemented on 10/16)
- Added new Chapters of the Main Quest, and lowered the difficulty of some boss battles in previous Chapters (to be implemented on 10/16)
┗ Added Chapters 48 and 49.
┗ Lowered the difficulty of some boss battles in Chapter 22 and onwards. - Made the Awaken Unlock feature available for more select R characters (to be implemented on 10/16)
┗ With Awaken Unlock, the max rarity of select R characters can now be raised to LR+5, with their max Lv becoming Lv 240.
┗ The new select R characters are Loki, Petra, Libra, and Soteira.
┗ This feature is unlocked when your Party Lv reaches Lv 300.
┗ Awaken Unlock can only be used to unlock 1 R character per month (Awaken Unlock resets on the 1st of each month).
┗ Along with this update, adjusted the contents of the Character Coin Shop.
┗ For players with a Party Lv below 300: Illya, Arianrhod, Zara, Skuld
┗ For players with a Party Lv of 300 or higher: Illya, Arianrhod, Zara, Skuld, Iris, Theodora, Rosalie, Cherna, Loki, Petra, Libra, Soteira - Updated reaping for Boss Battles to be more convenient to use (to be implemented on 10/16)
┗ Improved reaping for Boss Battles so that, when leaving the Enhance Gear screen to reap a Boss Battle to obtain Adamantite, reaping will stop as soon as the 1 Adamantite needed to enhance that piece of gear is obtained, even if the number of times set to reap has not yet been reached.
Errors Fixed
- Fixed a skill error for [The Witch of God's Curse] Illya (to be implemented on 10/16)
┗ Fixed a problem after maintenance on 9/16, where after [The Witch of God's Curse] Illya took damage via [Resonance] or [Devotion] that would reduce her HP to O, her survival and HP restoration via "The Angel Who Bears 'O'" would not activate properly. - Improved the audio quality for some Laments (to be implemented on 10/16)
- Other small errors have been fixed

Warnings and Guidelines
- When updating the app, please do not uninstall MementoMori from your device.
- Perform an “Account Link” before updating the app.
- When logging in right after updating the app, the World set for you to log into may be the “Recommended” World, so if a World that you normally do not log into is displayed on the Title screen, please check the “Select World” screen.
- The time it takes for the update to be installed may differ depending on the device you use.
- Update the app using Wi-Fi.

MementoMori Version 4.0.0 Update was released on October 14, 2025. The update can be downloaded from your platform's store (App Store, Google Play, Steam). The update becomes mandatory on October 15, 2025.
