Should You Pull for Eirene?
Pull One Copy for Your PvE Team
Eirene has two three things going for her: Her up to 50% DEF shred, skill acceleration and debuff cleanse for the ally with the lowest SPD, as well as a Force Field for the same ally (that gives them a 30% Damage Cut). All these functions don't need her to be at LR rarity or even have her unique weapon (though having her UW at base rarity would help inflict her DEF shred on ALL enemies).
So if you want to pull for her just for these functions alone, you only need one copy of her to get things going for PvE (where her DEF shred is most effective).
She Works Well Even at One Copy
Since players will be using her as a support, she's already useful in PvE even with one copy. However, if you get her unique weapon, Carousel Cane, at base rarity, her first active skill will become stronger and target 5 enemies instead of 4.
If you intend to use her as a secondary DPS, then be prepared to get more copies to bring her up to LR rarity. Note that since she's a Radiance witch, she will need more copies than Azure/Crimson/Amber/Emerald witches.
Pull If You Like Her Story
Eirene is a powerful woman who trains young warriors. She possesses the unique ability to see the potential within others and guide them on their journeys. However, she grapples with the pain of losing her students in battle, leading her to question her role and desire greater power to protect them.
When Not To Pull For Eirene
If You Don't Have a Slow DPS Carry
If you are not using a slow DPS carry such as Fia in your PvE team, then you may not need Eirene. This is because both of her passives target herself and the ally with the lowest SPD. If you slot her into a team that has the likes of Cordie, then her buffs may just end up with the wrong witch altogether, rendering them useless.
You Have Other Radiance Characters to Try Pulling
There are other Radiance characters that players may want to prioritize pulling for that give more utility compared to Eirene (such as Rusalka). If you have to choose between building Eirene or Rusalka first, then you may want to go with Rusalka first (and try to get a single copy of Eirene if you have the Diamonds to spare).

Witch's Gift
Eirene has her own limited Witch's Gift available until May 29, 2025. Witch's Gifts are gifts players can obtain when they reach a particular rarity for Eirene.
Each set of rewards players have unlocked had corresponding purchaseable items. Rewards include buffs, Witch's Letter, Ticket of Souls, and Rune Tickets.
