Weathered Shot excels in AoE damage and crowd control, while Astrum delivers high single-target damage.

Weathered Shot hits multiple enemies simultaneously, making it efficient against large groups and significantly weakens them with its [Decreased DEF] debuff. It also has specific mechanics in which if used in the Main Quest (Boss Battles), the DEF decrease will be undispellable while using it in Tower of Infinity doubles the decrease in DEF from 25% to 50%.

Astrum, starts at a random-target AoE but becomes a multi-hit and single-targeted when it is used for the 3rd time and onward, targeting the enemy with the highest ATK. The physical attack's damage is equal to 380-760% of Eirene's ATK as it levels up.

Contract of the Night is a skill that increases Eirene's basic attack, decreases skill cooldown and dispels debuff. In higher levels, she can also give this to an ally with the lowest SPD. This can be good for allies like Fia, Serruria or Apostle Rosalie who had low base SPD but can benefit from additional basic attack boost.

I'm Cheering You On! is a skill that significantly reduces damage taken by Eirene by 30-70%. It also provides a [Force Field] to Eirene and an ally with the lowest SPD, which also reduces the amount of damage coming from attacks.

Prioritize ATK and HP Runes

Eirene's damage scales off from ATK so it is best that you improve her ATK using ATK runes. You may also include PM. DEF Break rune to decrease the enemy's defense, making them more vulnerable to Eirene's attacks, as well as the attacks of her allies. Since she also has [Decreased DEF], giving her Debuff ACC may help land this debuff to the enemy. In terms of defensive runes, Eirene needs to have HP runes to increase overall HP, making her more durable. She may also get runes like EVD and P.DEF runes to increase her survivablity.

This team that consist of Fia, Merlyn, Nina, Sivi and Eirene that focuses on high damage output and weakening enemies through debuffs. Fia has high damage potential coupled with her ability to sustain herself through HP Drain, makes her a formidable damage dealer. Eirene has good powerful AoE attacks, but her key contribution is the [Decreased DEF] debuff and [Strengthened Basic Attack] buff that she can give to the ally with the lowest SPD (which very well can be Fia). Merlyn can provide buffs, dispel and healing, while Nina has high EVD and steals buffs from enemies. Sivi can further amplify the team's damage potential.
