Certain animals scattered across Yara can be exchanged for Recycled Glass through any of Juan's Arms Dealers. The locations for each animal that can be exchanged for Recycled Glass can be purchase from the Hunter's Lodge or the Fishing Hut respectively, wich each upgrade to each building bringing more animal locations.

As is common with other materials used for weapon mods, the amount of Recycled Glass you'll need for mods you make will depend on the mod you're specifically trying to put on your weapon, with higher tiered mods usually needing more of the resource.
