How to Unlock the Secret Ending

Earliest Chance to Unlock Secret Ending?

Far Cry 6 - Board Clara
Shortly after completing the Operation Libertad Rises, you'll be given a boat by Clara as part of your deal with the La Libertad. To unlock the secret ending, do not start the next Operation The Guerrilla and instead turn around immediately and board the boat.

Generally, Just Get out of Yaran Borders

On your map, place a waypoint on any of the farthest regions in the water. With your boat or your plane, ride your way towards the waypoint and off of Yaran borders. You will receive a prompt telling you that you are leaving Yara and must turn back, if you choose to go forward the screen will turn black. When the screen lights up again, Dani will already be on the beaches of Miami.

Should You Get the Secret Ending?

Do it for the Hidden in Plain Sight Trophy

Completing the secret ending is the only way to obtain the Hidden in Plain Sight trophy. This trophy is only obtainable before completing the main story so it is recommended to get the secret ending as soon as you are able.

The secret ending of Far Cry 6 will see Dani having accomplished their goal of making their way to America, far away from the chaos in Yara. A news broadcast on the radio will remark that Anton Castillo has managed to successfully defeat the guerrillas, executing Clara.

Other news on the radio will remark about an ongoing worldwide pandemic, all while Dani sits enjoying the sun.

Can You Continue the Game After the Secret Ending?

Shortly after the cutscene and end credits roll, you will be immediately brought back to the game's main menu. You can safely select Continue Game, where the game will load your last autosave on Libertad Island.

The secret ending IS missable, I have to start a new game since I have already killed Anton. I cannot leave Yara, if I try it just spins my helicopter around.
