The Treasure Hunt will automatically activate when you read the note in the area. You can find the starting location at Fort Oro, northeast of the map marker for Cruz Del Salvador in Valle De Oro.
Oku's Triada Relic is part of the Triada Blessings Yaran Story, or start it if that side mission hasn't been started yet.
Triada Blessings Mission Walkthrough | Triada Relic and Oluwa Cave Location

| 1 |  Read the note. Reading the note will activate the treasure hunt. |
| 2 |  Wait for nightfall. If you arrive at night, then you can just skip this part. |
| 3 |  Go to the room on the right. Break the mirror near the doorway. |
| 4 |  Press the button. Interact with the button and a second room will open. |
| 5 |  Middle, left, then right. Press the switches in this order to unlock the room on the second floor. |
| 6 |  Read the note on the piano. Reading this will unlock the secret room behind the piano. Take the dungeon key. |
| 7 |  Go past the dungeon. Keep pushing on until you reach the boarded up doorway. Use your machete to break the planks. |
| 8 |  Press the switch at the last pillar on the left. On the hallway wiith the mannequins holding fake guns, make sure you press this switch otherwise, the well will not unlock. |
| 9 |  Go past the next set of rooms Keep pushing on until you see a ledge where you can use your grappling hook. |
| 10 |  Rappel up. Use the zipline to get to the well. |
| 11 |  Rappel down. Swing to the idol first, this will trigger an explosion so you can get out of the cave. If you cannot reach the chest, just retrace your steps and swing there when you rappel down. |
| 12 |  Grab the idol. Getting the idol will end the hunt. |
