| Settle Paolo's debt with Bembe. For the time being, maximas Matanzas wants nothig to do with Libertad. Help settle Paolo's debt and the group may reconsider. |

This mission is unlocked after completing the Meet Maximas Matanzas mission. To accept it, talk to Paolo de la Vega at Camp Maximas.
Meet Maximas Matanzas Mission Walkthrough and Rewards

| 1 | Talk to Paolo Head to the marker to talk to Paolo. |
| 2 |  Meet Bembe Head to the marker on your map to reach Segunda. Go to the church and talk to Bembe. |
| 3 | Reach the Abandoned Hotel Head to the marker to reach the El Tigre Dormido Hotel. |
| 4 |  Find Bembe's Key Use the ladder on the north east side of the building to get to the roof. Kill the sniper there. Scout out the area from the roof.  You can let out the crocodile at the east side of the camp to help kill the soldiers or at least make a distraction.  Take out all of the soldiers then go talk to the Russian. |
| 5 |  Search the Pool for the Key Go to the marker to look for the key on the dead Russian.  Before leaving, in the water to the west there is a chest containing the Iron Curtain unique submachine gun. |
| 6 | Head to Villa Judia Hotel Head to the marker on your map to reach the hotel. |
| 7 |  Secure the Hotel Take out all of the soldiers in the area to secure the hotel. The enemies move around a lot so if you are patient, they will patrol far enough so when you stealth kill them that no other soldiers will notice. Once they are all dead, look for the safe. |
| 8 |  Find and Open the Safe To get to the safe, you will need the Restaurant Key, which is located in the house in the middle of the area.  Go to the marked location and use the key to enter the restaurant. Open the safe. |
| 7 |  Meet Bembe Head to the marker to meet Bembe and finish the mission. |
