This is a guide on character creation and customization on Far Cry 6. Find out what aspects of your character you can customize for a more personalized experience.
Character Creation
Far Cry 6 will not allow you to create your own character, based on early gameplay news and videos from Ubisoft. You can however choose between a male or female version of the lead character Dani Rojas.

Character Customization
While the look of your character will not be customized, the experience of playing Far Cry 6 won't be. With fully customizable equipment and perks, you can truly have a personalized gameplay that suits your style.
Gear & Sets
Gear are your basic equipment. Ranging from gas masks and military gear, there are a variety of items to collect to aid you in the revolution. Gears also comes in sets to complete your over-all look.
Equip Gear as Cosmetics
Inspect a piece of gear and click on the Eye icon to change its appearance. This will let you keep the stats of the gear and allow you to dress how you like!
Weapons
SMGs, bows, snipers, CD launcher - you name it, the revolutionaries probably can make it. Special weapons, called Resolvers that have some special stats, can be made from materials found all over Yara. Mods and attachments on your weapons makes things even more fun.
Mix and match with your gear and perks - there's really no rules when it comes to guerilla warfare.

Equip Charms and Change Appearances
While inspecting a weapon in the menu, players can outfit their firearms with charms and change its appearance. This allows players to put on the look of unique weapons while keeping their guns customizable.
Supremo
Supremos are special backpacks that offer a new style of play. While little is confirmed about them, a gameplay video released by Ubisoft did feature a Supremo firing mini-rockets to a helicopter.

Amigo
Amigos are special pets that travel as your companions in Yara. However, they aren't just pets. They are partners and can serve as distractions as you stealthily take out opponents or they can take out enemies on their own as well.
Change Amigo Appearances
On an Amigo's menu, you can change their appearance by clicking the icon at the bottom left corner of the screen. This gives you a list of outfits that can be equipped.
Rides
Aside from Juan's Beaumont Valentina, players can unlock several rides in Far Cry 6. You can switch between rides in the main menu.
Change Ride Gear and Cosmetics
On the Rides screen in the menu, players can change the look of their ride and the gear equipped.
