Read the Note
Reading the note starts the hunt and activates the new waypoint destination on the map with this Far Cry 6 - Tracked Quest.png. Follow it to the next destination, "Ominosa Caves", 650m away.

Get to Ominosa Cave
While this cave is pretty far away, it isn't hard to find. Follow the waypoint on your HUD.

Rappel Upwards
Go inside the cave, and at the end, look up and you can throw your grappling hook to climb upwards.

Swing towards the Platform with the Lantern

Throw your Hook
From the lantern, you'll see another grappling location. Throw your hook there and climb up to reveal the next grappling location.

Climb Up
Once you see the next grappling icon, throw your hook there and climb towards that ledge.

Head to the End
Once you're on that ledge, head towards the end until you find the emerald skull.

Pick up the Skull to Escape
Once you pick up the skull a live grenade will fall from the soldier. Jump into the water to escape the explosion.

Get Out
While the skull isn't exactly the treasure, you need to find the actual treasure somewhere else.

Go to Turey Cave
That will be the next location on your HUD, 340m away from the exit point of Ominosa Cave. Follow it.

Arrive at Turey Cave
A bit of another hike, but you'll get there if you follow your Far Cry 6 - Tracked Quest.pngon your HUD.

Interact with the Skull Figure
This will unlock the door. There are crocs past this door, ready your gun.

Take the Stairs on the Right
Once inside and rid of the crocodiles, go to the stairs on the right.

Swing to the Other Side
At the end of the stairs is a locked door, but we'll get to that later. Swing to the other side of the cavern to the 2nd skull figure.

Interact with the 2nd Skull Figure
This will unlock the 3rd skull figure inside the room.

Interact with the 3rd Skull Figure
Go back to the stairs on the rightmost side, and you'll see the 3rd skull figure just turned. Interact with it to open the locked door.

Get to the Ledge
Once the door opens, you'll see that it the room is filled with PG-240. Go inside and climb up the ledge as fast as you can.

Crouch under Tripwires
There are two tripwires on that elevated platform. Past the tripwires is a boarded up path. Break the boards with your machete, one last jump and you'll have your treasure.
