After reaching Rank 3 - Exploradora, you can purchase Furioso from Juan or his Arms Dealers found on captured FND Bases for 100 Depleted Uranium.
While in combat, the most effective way to use the Furioso is by finding a group of enemies or a land based vehicle you wish to absolutely destroy. Alternatively, you can wait for these to come to you while in combat, which turns the enemy's strategy of rushing you into a funnel for their deaths.
Activate the Supremo, which causes you to hover in the air for a moment. Jump during this to thrust yourself forward, spreading the carnage of the flames further along a line of enemies if you've managed to funnel them towards you.
