Paradise Lost Mission Walkthrough and Rewards

Is This the Last Mission in the Game?

While the mission description states that you are to kill Anton Castillo, this is not the last mission of the game. In order to reach the last mission, you will need to complete all other operations under the Monteros, Maximas, and Legends quest lines.

How to Unlock Paradise Lost

This mission is unlocked after completing the Blood Ties mission. To accept it, talk to Clara Garcia in Esperanza.

Prepare for the Assassination of Anton Castillo

	Objectives
1	Meet Clara in Esperanza Head towards the marker to reach the Mercurio Mecanico guerrilla hideout. Once there, head to the marker to meet up with Clara and trigger a cutscene.
2	Plant Explosives at Checkpoints There will be 3 locations marked on your map where you need to plant explosives. Head to the closest marker to reach the first checkpoint. Take out the 3 guards here and plant the bomb on the generator. Head to the next marker closest to you to reach the second checkpoint. Kill the solo guard there and plant the bomb on the generator. Head to the last marker to reach the third and final checkpoint. This is the most dangerous out of the 3 checkpoints. There is an alarm in the area, along with a tank. You will want to use stealth to take out the alarm and kill the soldier near the tank so they do not get in it. There will be a sniper on a roof south east of the tank. Grapple up and stealth kill him. On the roof where the sniper was, there is a chest containing the Crackle and Pop unique light machine gun. From there, use a bow or silenced weapon to kill the soldier near the tank, then kill the soldier patrolling near the alarm. Disable the alarm. You can ignore the soldiers at the west end of the area and sneak up to the generator to plant the bomb.
3	Rendezvous With Juan Follow the marker and use the picture Juan sent you to meet up with him. Stealth, climb, and grapple your way to the meeting spot. The bombs will go off and it is time to attack.
4	Secure the Hotel Lobby The only way to get inside is through the front door. It is heavily guarded with strong soldiers so be ready for a fight. Rushing inside will almost always result in immediate death. Shoot the enemies from outside the hotel using the walls around the door for cover. Kill all the soldiers to continue. This task will be a lot easier with La Varita and Triador.
5	Go to Anton's Penthouse Suite Head through the door on the second floor on the north side of the hotel to get the Executive Elevator Key. Take the key to the elevator on the first floor. Interact with it and a cutscene will start.
6	Escape from Hotel Paraiso Navigate through the secret route until you reach Castillo's car. Push the button on the right wall and get in the car to make your escape and complete the mission. Do not worry about bringing Anton's car to a vehicle pickup station, it will automatically be unlocked after the mission.

Tips and Strategies

How to Unlock Anton's Car (1956 Beaumont "El Presidente)

You do not have to drive Anton's car back to a vehicle pickup. It is automatically rewarded to you for completing the mission.
