How to Farm Recycled Fasteners

Hunt Animals

Animals around Yara can be hunted down for their meat – which can then be exchanged for Recycled Fasteners with Juan's Arms Dealers, who will take away the meat in exchange for the fasteners.

The locations of animals that can be exchanged for the fasteners can be bought from the Hunter's Lodge in whichever camp you built it in. Upgrades to the lodge will reveal several more locations of other animals that you can hunt for fasteners.

Find in Scrapyards and Garages

Another way to find Recycled Fasteners is by finding them laying around in scrapyards and garages, or any location with large machinery. Guerilla Hideouts and camps will also sometimes have them, hiddin inside of shelfs, cabinets, and toolboxes.

Recycled Fasteners are largely used for weapon mods and upgrades through the use of a Workbench, with the amount of fastners needed for each upgrade or mod varying depending on the type of mod you'll be making.
