The most guaranteed way to farm a number of Durable Seals will be to simply hunt down animals that you can then trade for them through Arms Dealers scattered all across Yara. You can know which animals to hunt down by purchasing Hunting Spot Locations at the Hunter's Lodge, with more animal locations revealed with every upgrade.
