Across the many Scrapyards and Garages across Yara, you'll be able to find Durable Seals placed on tables, in shelfs and cabinets, and in toolboxes that you can collect. You can also find seals in Guerilla Hideouts and camps where these can be found.

Durable Seals are primarily used for modding weapons and Resolvers in your Arsenal. The amount of seals required for each mod depends entirely on the mod that you'll be making, which makes it necessary for you to harvest as much Durable Seals as you can.
