In order to unlock The First Love, you must first have finished the Operation Pics or It Didn't Happen in El Este. Afterwards, you will be able to talk to Lorenzo Canseco to start this mission.

Meet Miguelina
| Objectives | |
|---|---|
| 1 |  Head to the Marked Area After talking to Lorenzo and accepting the mission, you will have to travel to the marked area, which is west of the BioVida Facility you snuck into for Pics or it Didn't Happen. |
| 2 |  Search for Miguelina Once you arrive at the area, carefully try to the building northern-most building, where you'll have to enter it through the back where a mine is at. |
| 3 |  Talk to Miguelina After the quick cutscene, chase after Miguelina and talk to her when you've caught up. |
