Recover Antibiotics and Bring Them to Dr. Matias
| Objectives | |
|---|---|
| 1 |  Recover the Antibiotics There will be 3 locations marked on your map. All of them will have the medicine bag that you need so it does not matter which checkpoint you go to. Go to a checkpoint, take out the alarm, kill the guards there, and take it over. |
| 2 | Return the drugs to Matias Head to the location marked on your map to bring the drugs back to Matias. Go inside and a cutscene will start. |
| 3 | Locate and Interrogate Sergio Estevez Head to the location marked on your map to reach Orquida Villa. |
| 4 | Infiltrate the Villa There are alarms and cameras on the east and west walls of the building. Take those out from afar to ensure that reinforcements will no come in the event you get caught. The guards patrolling on the outside are spaced out a lot so you should have no trouble picking them off 1 by 1. Kill the guards then go inside. |
| 5 |  Search Sergio's Office Go upstairs and interact with the computer and the answering machine. There is a chest in Sergio's office. |
| 6 | Reach the Marina Head to the location marked on your map to reach the Marina. |
| 7 |  Search the Marina for Sergio As you approach the marina, Sergio will try to escape in his car. Follow him long enough and eventually a cutscene will play and the mission will be complete. Before leaving the beach, scan Sergio's car to get the 1964 Verrazzano Bravo car. |

Tips and Strategies
Show up in a Vehicle
When you approach the Marina to catch Sergio, he will drive off in his car. If you arrive on foot, this will leave you at a disadvantage. Arrive to the location in a vehicle and this chase will become much easier.
