How to Unlock Angel De La Muerte
This mission is unlocked after completing the Surgical Extraction mission. To accept it, talk to Paolo de la Vega who is east of the Biovida Lab Facilities.

Infiltrate the BioVida Facility and Kill El Doctor
| Objectives | |

| 1 |  Infiltrate the BioVida Facility The are is quite large and heavily guarded so stealth is your best option when taking on this mission. There are 4 alarms and 3 security cameras around the facility that you should take out first. To the south east, there is a watch tower with an enemy sniper. Break the board on the fence in that area to sneak in. Climb the tower and kill the sniper. From here, you should be able to scout out 3 out of the 4 alarms. When no soldiers are nearby your targets, take out the alarms and cameras. South east of the guard tower, there is a manhole under water. Go through it and disarm the trip wire on the other side. Climb up the ladder and go east. The last alarm and camera will be on the south wall of the second warehouse. Take it out. Hug the south wall and move towards the east side of the facility. Sneak to the big tower with a zipline attached to it. Climb the tower and zipline to the roof.  Travel across the rooftops until you reach the locked door to Building 13. Break the lock and go inside. Turn right at the bottom of the stairs and interact with the console. Break the glass to navigate through the lab. Interact with the next console to open the door with the green light above it then again once inside the room. Go down the stairs then through the double doors. Continue forward till you reach the room where you can talk to El Doctor. |
| 2 |  Escape the Poison Chamber Break the cover to the vents in the corner of the room. Once down there, follow the lit path while breaking more covers. Go right, right, left, right, left, left, and climb out. |
| 3 |  Assassinate El Doctor Take the stairs to the bottom floor. Go to the end of the room and El Doctor will begin shooting at you. Kill him fast as his gun is strong and will kill you in seconds. |
| 4 |  Secure the Area so Juan can Land Kill the remaining enemy forces so that Juan can land. Once all the soldiers are dead, a cutscene will play and the mission will be complete. |
