From the table where you read the note, go the door on the left.

Once you find an orange valve, interact with them to build up pressure.

The closest valve is to the left of the final valve. You can either go under or drop down from the platform.

From the final valve, take a right and to the rnd. Hop on the pipes and follow the path to the last valve.

Prepare for An Explosion
Once you've turned all the valves, the lights will turn green and the build up of pressure will cause the tanks to explode.

Use your grappling hook to climb up. Go through the vents to get to the manager's office.
