Take out the guards
When you approach the area, you'll notice that there are some guards patrolling the area. Well, you know what to do.

Read the note in the shed.
This reveals the waypoint and the location of the treasure.

Take out the crocs.
Follow the waypoint up the stairs and take out the crocs in the pool

Go to the shed behind Luis' dead body.
A large croc named "Beatriz" will be there. Kill her and take the key.

Use your grappling hook.
Swim back to the other side, then look up until your HUD tells you to use your grappling hook. Swing to Luis' shed.

Using the key you got from Beatriz's guts, open the chest and collect your bounty.
