How to Unlock Surgical Strike
This mission is unlocked after completing the Tourist Trap mission. To accept it, talk to Lucky Mama at the Cardoso Mill.

Follow the Pipelines
From the first one, follow the pipelines to reach the other sub-stations. Take note that you only need to destroy 4 sub-stations to progress through the mission.
Maps Can Be Found in Each Sub-station
You can find a map a map showing all the sub-stations and the connecting yellow pipelines inside the control room of any sub-station that you can use to easily find your targets.

Destroy the Poison Production Pipelines

| 1 | Destroy the Poison Production Sub-Stations Using the pictures you got from Lucky Mama, locate each sub-station. Consult the map above for details on all sub-station locations.To find the first sub-station, go west from Dorada Cove. If you have it available, fast travel to Hideout Guaracha (guerrilla hideout) and go west from there. After a little bit of walking, the marker should appear on your map. Use the McKay Pipeline Keycard to enter the building. Pull the 3 valves to destroy the poison container. If you do not have the keycard, blow up the yellow poison tank with guns and explosives. Continue south and follow the pipes till you reach the next sub-station. Go inside the building and on the second floor there is a switch that will blow up the poison tank outside. Follow the pipeline east until you reach the next sub-station. Pull the 3 switches in the area or do enough weapon damage to the poison tank to blow it up. It's possible to go around the back and blow up the tank without entering the fenced area. Continue following the pipeline east until you reach the next sub-station. Destroy the poison tank here and you will now be ready to move on to the next part of the plan. |

| 3 | Access the Computer The Computer will be on the second floor of the smaller blue building in the middle of the area. Interact with it to begin hacking. |
| 4 | Protect the Computer While Yelena Hacks the Refinery System Protect the computer from the incoming enemy forces while Yelena hacks into them. |
| 5 | Hijack the Control Panels on the Basin Platforms You need to activate all 4 of the switches marked on your map to complete this objective. Activate 1 switch at a time and protect it until it detonates. Do this for all 4 until they are all out of commission. |
| 5 | Destroy the Toxiflo Reactant Ultrafiltration Downstream Osmometer Head to the marker on your map to meet up with Lucky Mama. Go inside the warehouse and destroy osmometer to complete the mission. |

Anonymous about 4 yearsThis map is completely wrong…This can be confirmed by simply viewing the map of substation 1 across the street from where the mission begins, there you can see where all 8 are. At first glance I can see that the map you’ve provided lists sub #7 as sub #1 and sub #5 as Sun #3
