This mission is unlocked after completing the The Lion's Roar mission. To accept it, talk to Yelena Morales a little bit east of Patriotas Peak.

Tourist Trap Mission Walkthrough

Disable Mckay's Internet Jammers and Hack His Computers

	Objectives
1	Disable McKay's Jammers Head to the location marked on your map to reach the first jammer. Kill the 2 guards there then climb up to the jammer to destroy it. Once finished, move to the next marker. You can now move on to the next part of this objective, or you can do the Yaran Story: We're (Un)Jammin' where you take out more internet jammers. This will causing the hacking to go faster, thus attract less guards.
2	Hack McKay's Computer Approach the building from the east and use your Grapple Kit to get to the roof. Looking inside from the middle hole, let the guard pass and drop in on the third floor. Go into the room to the right of the stairs to get the McKay Pipeline Keycard, which you will need for a later quest. Grapple Kit back to the roof. You will need to hack 2 computers to complete this objective. Approach the building from the south and enter through the back door. Ignore the guard in front of you (he may or may not be there) and immediately go right. Silently kiil the guard at the end of the room and the first floor computer will be where the soldier was standing. Hack it. The noise will attract the guards so protect the computer until it is finished. From the first computer, go north into the next room then turn right to go up the stairs. At the top of the stairs, enter the room directly in front of you and the second floor computer will be at the north end of the room. Hack it and protect it until it finishes.
3	Access the Conference Room Head for the conference room which is on the west side of the second floor, Go inside and a cutscene will play. Once it finishes, go out the north door and make your escape to finish this mission.

McKay Pipeline Keycard

This item is located In McKay's office on the third floor next to the stairs.

Close Range Weapons

While there are seemingly endless waves of enemies that attack you while hacking the computer, they will all come towards you. Situate yourself in a nice corner and use a weapon like a shotgun and pump them full of lead as they enter the room.
