To complete Triada Blessings, you have to first complete 3 Treasure Hunts for the Triada Relics.

Once you have the Triada Relics, take them to Oluwa Cave and place them on the shrine. An opening will be revealed where you'll find Triador and the Resolver Weapon La Varita.
Be prepared to fight Oluso before opening the chest, though.
Triada Blessings Mission Walkthrough
Triador's most useful trait is that it allows you to see through walls and other objects, highlighting your enemies in red. In the absence of the La Varita Resolver, this ability largely just allows you to see where and how many enemies you will be facing, making it useful for those intending to use stealth to take care of enemy camps.
When paired with La Varita, the abilities of the Triador are maximized. With the Resolver equipped, you can easily take down enemies in one shot through walls and other objects or obstacles. Simply activate Triador to see where enemies are, then point and shoot the La Varita at them to score easy kills.
