While Far Cry 4 and 5 had the ability to build and create through a map editing function, fans will be disappointed to know that Far Cry 6 has no such service.

While the map and atmosphere of Yara is vast and beautiful, you will not be able to make any significant changes to it, other than blowing things up of course.

What is a Map Editor?

In the previous installments in the series, a map editor function was available. What this did was make it so players could create their own levels and missions separate from the main game.
