| Kill Anton Castillo. The time has finally come. The rest of Yara has been liberated, there is just one more thing to do to end the revolution. Kill Anton Castillo. Together with all the allies you brought together, storm the capital and put an end to this once and for all. |

This mission is unlocked after completing the The Lion's Den mission. To accept it, talk to Juan at Anton Castillo's Villa.
The Lion's Den Mission Walkthrough and Rewards

| 1 | Travel With Juan to Esperanza Ride in the boat with Juan to Libertad. |
| 2 | Reach the Torre del Leon Fight your way through the city and head towards the marked location on your map. There is no time limit so take your time and utilize the cover around the area to take out all the enemies. Keep moving forward until you are outside Torre Del Leon. |
| 3 | Reach the Executive Elevator Enter through the front door and kill all the soldiers and turrets inside. On the first floor, go to the south most room to find the El Rubi unique shotgun. Go to the west side of the first floor, enter the elevator shaft, and Grapple Kit up to reach the second floor. At the top, turn right and go up the stairs to the third floor. Go to marker to reach the elevator. |
