Aside from the usual recovery items and food, you don't need to bring anything in particular. That said, you may want to bring Escape Orbs and Inviting Orbs so you can recruit the baby Pokemon found in this dungeon.

Since Remains Island features a diverse mix of types, we suggest using Pokemon that have access to Fire-type or Psychic-type moves, both of which work well in most situations.

Seel

Woopers can be dangerous due to their room-affecting moves, but you should also keep an eye out for Seels. Seel can use Icy Wind, which can hit your team from afar while simultaneously lowering travel speed.
