Skitty's utility is just amazing. She has access to STAB Double Slap, learns Charge Beam and Grass Knot from the start and has is compatible with Blizzard, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Shadow Ball and others. Not to mention the utility Cute Charm and Attract provides. Her Normal typing also makes sure that she isn't that vulnerable to the Flying bosses.
