What Happens On Game Over?

Restart from the same floor

Unlike the original game, you will not be sent out of the dungeon when all your Pokemon faint. You will simply return to your last save point. Take note that Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX saves your game automatically.

Choose to Rescue or Give Up

When you fail, you have a choice to either give up or wait to be rescued. Remember that you lose all the Poke and the items that you were carrying when you fainted.

Rescue at the Pelipper's Post Office

Like the Pokemon that you are asking for rescues on a daily basis, you can ask to be rescued yourself through the Pelipper Post Office!

You can rescue yourself.

Self Rescue.jpg

Unlike the originals, you can rescue yourself in Mystery Dungeon DX. You can team up with the Pokemon who are in your rescue camps and use them to save your party. If you choose this route, then you can restart the dungeon run in the point where you have been rescued.

You can let others rescue you.

If your Pokemon in the camps are too weak to rescue you, you can send a rescue request through the internet. Other players can rescue your Pokemon but this might take a while since it has to be accepted and completed by another person. If you have friends playing Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX, then you can ask them to rescue you.
