|Base||Barrage||Normal||It damages an enemy by throwing a round object in an arc. It damages an enemy 2 to 5 times.|
|Base||Uproar||Normal||It damages enemies in the same room. It also causes all Pokemon in the same room to be Sleepless. Sleeping Pokemon will wake up immediately.|
|Base||Hypnosis||Psychic||It makes an enemy go to Sleep. Using the move again makes the enemy Terrified. But if you or your allies are attacked by this move while you're sleeping, you'll become the enemy's Puppet.|
|7||Reflect||Psychic||You and your teammates in the same room get the Reflect condition, which reduces the damage taken from physical moves.|
|11||Leech Seed||Grass||It gives an enemy the Leech Seed status condition.|
|17||Bullet Seed||Grass||It fires off a seed at a high speed, damaging a Pokemon, even one far away, 2 to 5 times in a row.|
|19||Stun Spore||Grass||It inflicts Paralysis on nearby enemies. But it has no effect on Grass-type Pokemon.|
|21||Poison Powder||Poison||It makes an enemy Poisoned. But it has no effect on Grass-type Pokemon.|
|23||Sleep Powder||Grass||It makes nearby enemies go to Sleep. But it has no effect on Grass-type Pokemon.|
|27||Confusion||Psychic||It damages an enemy. It could also ake the enemy Confused..|
|33||Worry Seed||Grass||It changes the target's Ability to Insomnia. The effect wears off when you go to the next floor.|
|37||Natural Gift||Normal||It damages an enemy. If you're holding food, such as Berries or seeds, the move's type will change and the power will go up.|
|43||Solar Beam||Grass||You'll get the Solar Beam condition, which lets you charge power to try a powerful attack on the next turn. During Sunny weather or in Extremely Harsh Sunlight, it charges for an immediate attack on the first turn. But during Rain, Heavy Rain, Hail, or a Sandstorm, the damage will be reduced.|
|47||Extrasensory||Psychic||It damages an enemy. It could also cause the enemy to Flinch.|
|50||Bestow||Normal||You give your held item to the Pokemon in front of you. If the Pokemon is already holding an item, you can't give your item to the Pokemon, so be careful!|
|Attract||Normal||It makes an enemy Infatuated, which makes the enemy's moves more likely to fail.|
|Confide||Normal||It lowers the enemy's Sp. Atk.|
|Double Team||Normal||It boosts your evasiveness. The stat returns to normal when you go to the next floor or step on a Wonder Tile.|
|Dream Eater||Psychic||It damages a sleeping enemy. It also restores your HP. The greater the damage it causes, the more HP it restores.|
|Energy Ball||Grass||It damages a Pokemon, even one far away. It could also lower the enemy's Sp. Def.|
|Explosion||Normal||You'll get the Explosion condition, explode when you're attacked, and damage the Pokemon around you.|
|Facade||Normal||It damages an enemy. The damage it causes goes up if you have a bad status. It also prevents your Attack from being lowered when you use this move while you have a Burn.|
|Frustration||Normal||It damages an enemy. The less you have opened up to your team, the more powerful this move will be.|
|Grass Knot||Grass||It damages an enemy. The heavier the enemy, the greater the damage caused by the move.|
|Hidden Power||Normal||It damages an enemy. The move's type changes on each adventure.|
|Infestation||Bug||It damages an enemy. It could also cause the Infestation condition.|
|Light Screen||Psychic||You and your teammates in the same room get the Light Screen condition, which reduces the damage taken from special moves.|
|Nature Power||Normal||Borrowing power from nature, a variety of damaging moves will be used depending on the scenery of the floor.|
|Protect||Normal||You'll Protect yourself from enemies' moves. But its chance of failure rises if you use it after you've already used a move that blocks enemies' attacks.|
|Psych Up||Normal||You copy the target's changes in Attack, Defense, Sp. Atk, Sp. Def, accuracy, and evasiveness.The stats return to normal when you go to the next floor or step on a Wonder Tile.|
|Psychic||Psychic||It damages an enemy. It could also lower the enemy's Sp. Def.|
|Reflect||Psychic||You and your teammates in the same room get the Reflect condition, which reduces the damage taken from physical moves.|
|Rest||Psychic||You'll get the Napping condition. With the Napping condition, you'll fall asleep, awakening later with all your HP restored and bad statuses healed.|
|Return||Normal||It damages an enemy. The more you've opened up to your team, the more powerful this move will be.|
|Round||Normal||It damages an enemy. It causes more damage if your teammate in the same room just used the same move.|
|Sleep Talk||Normal||If you're sleeping, a move you know will be used automatically on an enemy near you. But keep in mind that nothing will happen if you use this while you're wide awake.|
|Sludge Bomb||Poison||It damages a Pokemon, even one far away. It could also make the enemy Poisoned.|

|Substitute||Normal||You'll create a Substitute if you have more than half your max HP. Every time you use this move, your HP decreases. When you create a Substitute, you won't be targeted by enemies, but you can't use moves or items, and you can't restore your HP naturally.|
|Sunny Day||Fire||It changes the floor's weather to Sunny. The power of Fire-type moves goes up, and the power of Water-type moves goes down.|
|Swagger||Normal||It makes an enemy Confused, but it also sharply raises the enemy's Attack.|
|Swords Dance||Normal||It sharply boosts your Attack. The stat returns to normal when you go to the next floor or step on a Wonder Tile.|
|Thief||Dark||It damages an enemy. You'll also steal an item that the enemy has. If you can't carry any more items, your attempt to steal will fail.|
|Toxic||Poison||It makes the enemy Badly Poisoned. It never misses if used by a Poison-type Pokemon. It will even hit a Pokemon that's used Dig, Fly, or the like.|
|Trick Room||Psychic||It changes the floor to the Trick Room condition. Travel Speed will be reversed.|
|Block||Normal||It causes an enemy to get Stuck.|
|Giga Drain||Grass||It damages an enemy. It also restores your HP. The greater the damage it causes, the more HP it restores.|
|Gravity||Psychic||It changes the floor's Gravity, which reduces evasiveness. It also eliminates levitating effects and enables Flying-type Pokemon to be hit with Ground-type moves. Pokemon can't be blown away, and they can't warp or travel in the air.|
|Seed Bomb||Grass||It damages an enemy.|
|Skill Swap||Psychic||It trades your Ability with the Ability of a Pokemon in front of you. You regain your usual Ability when you go to the next floor or faint.|
|Snore||Normal||If you're sleeping, it will be used automatically and will damage enemies around you. It could also make them Flinch. Keep in mind that nothing will happen if you use it while you're wide awake.|
|Synthesis||Grass||It restores your HP. During Sunny weather or in Extremely Harsh Sunlight, it restores your HP even more. During Rain, Heavy Rain, Hail, or a Sandstorm, the amount regained goes down.|
|Telekinesis||Psychic||It gives the Telekinesis condition to the Pokemon in front of you. In the Telekinesis condition, the Pokemon can't move and its evasiveness goes down, but it won't take damage from Ground-type moves.|
|Uproar||Normal||It damages enemies in the same room. It also causes all Pokemon in the same room to be Sleepless. Sleeping Pokemon will wake up immediately.|
|Worry Seed||Grass||It changes the target's Ability to Insomnia. The effect wears off when you go to the next floor.|
