Discharge, an Electric type that is room wide is prevalent in Lightning Field so if your Pokemon are mostly Ground type, you will find yourself breezing through the floors with ease. You are offensively at an advantage as well with all of the STAB Ground moves these Pokemon carry.
Cubone | Manectric | Rhydon | Marowak |
Pokemon with Lightning Rod are able to absorb and negate Electric moves from your Pokemon so if you have them, it is really smart to bring them into the dungeon even if they are not the strongest Pokemon you have.
Raikou |
Raikou can damage all of your Pokemon in the room using Discharge. Grass types resist Electric moves but Ground types are better since they are immune to Electric types. They also have STAB moves that are strong against Raikou so make sure to bring them so that your run will be easy.
Magneton | Flaaffy | Mareep |
These Pokemon can damage your Pokemon at a Room-wide range using Discharge. Be careful in dealing with them in large rooms as damage can accumulate from afar. Try to deal with them as soon as possible.
