Base Recycle NormalNormal It changes a Plain Seed to a different seed or an Oran Berry.
Base Metronome NormalNormal You can use a randomly seleted moves. Some moves aren't available, so be careful!
Base Odor Sleuth NormalNormal It resets any boosts to evasiveness for all enemies in the same room. It also makes Ghost-type enemies Exposed, which allows Normal- and Fighting-type moves to hit them.
Base Tackle NormalNormal It damages an enemy.
4 Defense Curl NormalNormal It boosts your Defense. The stat returns to normal when you go to the next floor or step on a Wonder Tile.
9 Amnesia PsychicPsychic It sharply boosts your Sp. Def. The stat returns to normal when you go to the next floor or step on a Wonder Tile.
17 Chip Away NormalNormal It damages an enemy. The enemy's stat changes in Defense and evasiveness don't affect this attack, regardless of whether the stats were boosted or reduced.
20 Screech NormalNormal It sharply lowers the enemy's Defense.
25 Body Slam NormalNormal It damages an enemy. It could also cause Paralysis.
28 Stockpile NormalNormal It boosts your Defense and Sp. Def and stores one unit of power. You can stockpile up to 3 times, but if you try to stockpile any more, the move will fail! The more power you stockpile, the greater the effects of Spit Up and Swallow.
33 Swallow NormalNormal Only the power stored using the move Stockpile is absorbed by the user to heal its HP. Storing more power heals more HP.
36 Rollout RockRock It damages an enemy up to 5 times or until it misses. The power goes up after you use Defense Curl!
41 Fling DarkDark You throw an item in an arc, hitting another Pokemon with it. It causes the same effect as throwing an item at an enemy.
44 Belly Drum NormalNormal It makes your Belly emptier, but it boosts your Attack to the max! The stat returns to normal when you go to the next floor or step on a Wonder Tile.
49 Natural Gift NormalNormal It damages an enemy. If you're holding food, such as Berries or seeds, the move's type will change and the power will go up.
50 Snatch DarkDark It gives you the Snatch status, which lets you steal the effects of a recovery move or status move used nearby. There are some moves that can't be stolen, so be careful!

Frustration NormalNormal It damages an enemy. The less you have opened up to your team, the more powerful this move will be.
Hidden Power NormalNormal It damages an enemy. The move's type changes on each adventure.
Ice Beam IceIce It fires off a cold beam, damaging a Pokemon, even one far away. It could also make the enemy Frozen.
Protect NormalNormal You'll Protect yourself from enemies' moves. But its chance of failure rises if you use it after you've already used a move that blocks enemies' attacks.
Psychic PsychicPsychic It damages an enemy. It could also lower the enemy's Sp. Def.
Rain Dance WaterWater It changes the floor's weather to Rain. The power of Fire-type moves goes down, and the power of Water-type moves goes up.
Rest PsychicPsychic You'll get the Napping condition. With the Napping condition, you'll fall asleep, awakening later with all your HP restored and bad statuses healed.
Return NormalNormal It damages an enemy. The more you've opened up to your team, the more powerful this move will be.
Rock Slide RockRock It damages an enemy. It could also make the enemy Flinch.

Sleep Talk NormalNormal If you're sleeping, a move you know will be used automatically on an enemy near you. But keep in mind that nothing will happen if you use this while you're wide awake.
Solar Beam GrassGrass You'll get the Solar Beam condition, which lets you charge power to try a powerful attack on the next turn. During Sunny weather or in Extremely Harsh Sunlight, it charges for an immediate attack on the first turn. But during Rain, Heavy Rain, Hail, or a Sandstorm, the damage will be reduced.
Substitute NormalNormal You'll create a Substitute if you have more than half your max HP. Every time you use this move, your HP decreases. When you create a Substitute, you won't be targeted by enemies, but you can't use moves or items, and you can't restore your HP naturally.
