The only Pokemon found here are Unowns and their Hidden Power is of a random type. The best you can do is to bring Pokemon that are around Lv. 40 so that you will not have a hard time.

Only Unown appears in Unown Relic and they only use Hidden Power. Hidden Power's strength and type relies on Pokemon's IVs so they might hit you with a Super Effective move. Be prepared and do not underestimate Unowns especially in groups.

since unknown only know one move, and unknown are the only pokemon other than ditto that appear in the dungeon, can't you just throw a ban seed at them, thus making them unable to use the only move they know?
