|Hydration||This Ability heals the Pokemon's bad status conditions, such as being poisoned or paralyzed, when the weather condition is Rain or Heavy Rain.|
|Thick Fat||The Pokemon takes less damage from Fire- and Ice-type moves.|

|Base||Headbutt||Normal||It damages an enemy. It could also make the enemy Flinch.|
|3||Growl||Normal||It lowers the Attack of enemies in the same room.|
|7||Water Sport||Water||It change the entire floor to the Water Sport condition. Damage caused by Fire-type moves goes down.|
|11||Icy Wind||Ice||It damages a Pokemon, even one far away. It also lowers the target's Travel Speed.|
|13||Encore||Normal||It demands an Encore from an enemy.|
|17||Ice Shard||Ice||It damages an enemy. It reaches up to 2 tiles away.|
|21||Rest||Psychic||You'll get the Napping condition. With the Napping condition, you'll fall asleep, awakening later with all your HP restored and bad statuses healed.|
|23||Aqua Ring||Water||You'll get the Aqua Ring condition, which keeps restoring your HP.|
|27||Aurora Beam||Ice||It damages a Pokemon, even one far away. It could also sharply lower the target's Attack.|
|31||Aqua Jet||Water||It damages an enemy. It reaches up to 2 tiles away.|
|33||Brine||Water||It damages an enemy. It will cause more damage if the enemy's HP is down to half or lower.|
|37||Take Down||Normal||It damages an enemy-but you'll receive recoil damage, too.|
|41||Dive||Water||You'll dive underwater, get the Dive condition, and do damage to an enemy on the next turn. You'll evade items or moves while you're underwater. But Surf and Whirlpool will hit you, so be careful!|
|43||Aqua Tail||Water||It damages an enemy.|
|47||Ice Beam||Ice||It fires off a cold beam, damaging a Pokemon, even one far away. It could also make the enemy Frozen.|
|51||Safeguard||Normal||You and your teammates in the same room get the Safeguard condition, which prevents you from having bad statuses.|
|53||Hail||Ice||It changes the floor's weather to Hail. During the Hail, all Pokemon except Ice types keep taking damage.|
|Attract||Normal||It makes an enemy Infatuated, which makes the enemy's moves more likely to fail.|
|Blizzard||Ice||It damages enemies in the same room. It could also make them Frozen. During Hail, the move never misses!|
|Confide||Normal||It lowers the enemy's Sp. Atk.|
|Double Team||Normal||It boosts your evasiveness. The stat returns to normal when you go to the next floor or step on a Wonder Tile.|
|Echoed Voice||Normal||It damages enemies. It causes more damage if its used repeatedly. The power also goes up when you use it after a teammate uses it.|
|Facade||Normal||It damages an enemy. The damage it causes goes up if you have a bad status. It also prevents your Attack from being lowered when you use this move while you have a Burn.|
|Fling||Dark||You throw an item in an arc, hitting another Pokemon with it. It causes the same effect as throwing an item at an enemy.|
|Frustration||Normal||It damages an enemy. The less you have opened up to your team, the more powerful this move will be.|
|Hail||Ice||It changes the floor's weather to Hail. During the Hail, all Pokemon except Ice types keep taking damage.|
|Hidden Power||Normal||It damages an enemy. The move's type changes on each adventure.|
|Ice Beam||Ice||It fires off a cold beam, damaging a Pokemon, even one far away. It could also make the enemy Frozen.|
|Protect||Normal||You'll Protect yourself from enemies' moves. But its chance of failure rises if you use it after you've already used a move that blocks enemies' attacks.|
|Rain Dance||Water||It changes the floor's weather to Rain. The power of Fire-type moves goes down, and the power of Water-type moves goes up.|
|Rest||Psychic||You'll get the Napping condition. With the Napping condition, you'll fall asleep, awakening later with all your HP restored and bad statuses healed.|
|Return||Normal||It damages an enemy. The more you've opened up to your team, the more powerful this move will be.|
|Round||Normal||It damages an enemy. It causes more damage if your teammate in the same room just used the same move.|
|Safeguard||Normal||You and your teammates in the same room get the Safeguard condition, which prevents you from having bad statuses.|
|Sleep Talk||Normal||If you're sleeping, a move you know will be used automatically on an enemy near you. But keep in mind that nothing will happen if you use this while you're wide awake.|
|Substitute||Normal||You'll create a Substitute if you have more than half your max HP. Every time you use this move, your HP decreases. When you create a Substitute, you won't be targeted by enemies, but you can't use moves or items, and you can't restore your HP naturally.|
|Surf||Water||It damages all Pokemon in the same room except you. It can hit a Pokemon with the Dive status.|
|Swagger||Normal||It makes an enemy Confused, but it also sharply raises the enemy's Attack.|
|Thief||Dark||It damages an enemy. You'll also steal an item that the enemy has. If you can't carry any more items, your attempt to steal will fail.|
|Toxic||Poison||It makes the enemy Badly Poisoned. It never misses if used by a Poison-type Pokemon. It will even hit a Pokemon that's used Dig, Fly, or the like.|
|Waterfall||Water||It damages an enemy. It could also make the enemy Flinch.|
|Aqua Tail||Water||It damages an enemy.|
|Drill Run||Ground||It damages an enemy. It has a high critical-hit rate. It reaches up to 2 tiles away.|
|Icy Wind||Ice||It damages a Pokemon, even one far away. It also lowers the target's Travel Speed.|
|Iron Tail||Steel||It damages an enemy. It could also lower the enemy's Defense.|
|Signal Beam||Bug||It damages a Pokemon, even one far away. It could also make the enemy Confused.|
|Snore||Normal||If you're sleeping, it will be used automatically and will damage enemies around you. It could also make them Flinch. Keep in mind that nothing will happen if you use it while you're wide awake.|
|Water Pulse||Water||It damages a Pokemon, even one far away. It could also make the enemy Confused.|
