During this part of the game, you'll be unable to gain any new friends aside from Absol. In addition, there are few options to raise your level or obtain useful Items. The only options to increase your level and collect Items are the optional Dungeons Rock Path and Snow Path. If you get stuck in continuing the story in this difficult part of the game, consider visiting these Dungeons to get ready to power through.
Oran Berry | Petrify Wand | Slumber Wand |
Of course this is in addition to the always-required Apple, Oran Berries and Tiny Reviver Seeds.
Some of the floors in Mt. Freeze might have Hail in it. This means that you will take continuous damage if your Pokemon are not immune to it. You will also not regain any of your health while in that said floor. This means that it is helpful to bring Oran Berries with you.
Both wands are for Defensive Uses. If there are Pokemon who you want to avoid like the Slaking, use it.
Cyndaquil | Machop |
The Pokemon in Mt. Freeze include Pupitar, Glalie, Zangoose, Vigoroth, Slaking, Seel andLickilicky. Those Pokemon are weak against Fighting moves which Machop has a lot of access too. as they are either Normal or Ice. With that, Cyndaquil is also good to have in Mt. Freeze because it has access to Double Kick.
