For the current gacha banner character selections, Spring Shizu and Kaguya both have their merits. However, if you want to deal more damage, you may pull for Spring Shizu. If you want a reliable support unit, then go for Kaguya. Claudia is a less-priority unit among the selection.

Spring Shizu is a potent combination of high AoE damage, enemy SPD debuff, and self-buffing. Her kit revolves around maximizing her ATK, which scales significantly from her DEF, and unleashing devastating attacks that also reduce enemy speed.
