Her ability to heal and significantly boost allies' HP makes her a valuable asset to any team. Additionally, her sustained magical damage and potential to disrupt enemy actions with the Delay effect contribute to her effectiveness.

However, Milla's reliance on high skill levels and specific team compositions can limit her overall performance. Furthermore, the long cooldowns on some of her skills and the random nature of Snack Stash can be drawbacks in certain situations.

After the decision to inflict ［Delay］ on all enemy targets is made, this skill restores HP equal to 5% of Milla’s max HP to Milla.
Level 2 (Unlocks by level 81)
The chance to inflict ［Delay］ becomes 70%.
Level 3 (Unlocks by level 161)
The amount Milla’s HP is restored by becomes equal to 10% of her max HP.

Additionally, before dealing the magical attacks, if the number of times active skills have restored HP to Milla during battle is 6 or more, the magical attacks’ damage becomes equal to 1120% of her ATK.
Level 3 (Unlocks by level 101)
The amount Milla’s HP is restored by becomes equal to 10% of her max HP.
Level 4 (Unlocks by level 181)
The magical attacks’ damage becomes equal to 440% of her ATK. Before dealing the magical attacks, if the number of times active skills have restored HP to Milla during battle is 6 or more, the magical attacks’ damage becomes equal to 1760% of her ATK.

Milla's skillset focuses on a balance of damage, healing, and crowd control. However, relying on specific conditions for maximum damage output and the relatively low base damage of Rondo of Courage might limit her effectiveness in high-difficulty content.

Additionally, the consistency of the Delay debuff can hinder her crowd control potential.

While Snack Stash offers high damage potential, it's heavily reliant on specific conditions, making it less reliable than a consistent damage source.

Level 2 (Unlocks by level 121)
The amount Milla’s max HP increases by becomes equal to 500% of the granter’s ATK before any stat increases or decreases were applied to it.
Level 3 (Unlocks by level 201)
The increase in the max HP of all allies other than Milla becomes 15%.

Level 2 (Unlocks by level 141)
Additionally, if an enhanced target has a Soul of Emerald, the amount ［Regeneration］ restores that enhanced target’s HP by becomes 10% of their max HP.
Level 3 (Unlocks by level 221)
This skill now activates 1 time every 4 turns, and the number of turns of ［Regeneration］ becomes 4.

Both skills focus on enhancing the team's survivability through HP boosts and regeneration.

While they offer valuable support, the cooldowns limit their effectiveness and the relatively low base values for HP restoration and boosts.
