Should You Pull for Chiffon?
Yes, Pull for Her if You Need a Debuffer/Healer
Chiffon is a strong support character with good potential. Her active skill, Bow-wow-Wow, offers great team buffs, increasing defense and attack and providing shields. Her Spirit Aegis randomly targets enemies and allies with its versatile attack and healing. She is helpful for offense and defense and ignores enemy Taunt and Stealth, making her a reliable character. However, since she is a limited character, you may need to invest in her to fully enjoy her capabilities.
Try to Get Multiple Copies
While as a support, Chiffon can be used with only one copy. However, she shines when you obtain multiple copies and secure her Unique Weapon to fully utilize her abilities.
Pull if You Need a Guild Raid Buffer
If you want to have both damage and durability in Guild Raid, it is recommended that you pull for Chiffon. Aside from being a debuff and healer, she is also a buffer that boosts ATK buff and DEF to her allies and randomly increases the allies' CRIT DMG and HP recovery.
Chiffon has a skill that targets 5 random enemies and allies. However, since there is only one enemy in Guild Raids, she is guaranteed to target her allies, giving them the buff they need.
Pull If You Want to Get HP Drain from her Arcana
Chiffon, along with Fenrir and Moddey, comprises Canis Major's Howl, an Arcana with enhanced effects like MAG and HP Drain. If you need this effect to apply to all characters, you may need to get them in LR rarity. Otherwise, you can Unlock them in UR to apply to these 3 characters.
Pull if You Like Her Story
Chiffon is a young girl abandoned as a baby for being a witch. A kind archaeologist she calls Master took her in, though he treated her harshly. Despite the harsh treatment, the girl believed her Master truly cared for her and obeyed him without question.
Pulling for Chiffon will let you listen to her tell her story, learn about her fate, and access her Live2D art.
When Not to Pull for Chiffon
When You Already Have Supports Like Merlyn or Olivia
If you already have supports like Merlyn or Olivia, it is best that you don't pull for Chiffon, as they have the same utilities like shielding or healing allies. Merlyn and Olivia are also non-limited characters, so it will be easier to build them.
