MementoMori's newest set of Panel Missions, "What Matters More Than Laws," is active from December 25, 2025 all the way to January 29, 2026.
The event commemorates both the start of MementoMori's New Year's Campaign, as well as the release of the game's newest witch, Liberia, the Witch of Storming Sands.

How to Play What Matters More Than Laws Panel Missions
Complete Panel Missions to Earn Memory Shards, Win Rewards
Panel Missions are sets of tasks that, when completed, give players both rewards and one of nine memory shards that form a special image. This image usually shows a moment in the life of a special featured witch in-game!
In this case, the panel mission images will revolve around The Witch of Storming Sands, Liberia, and her secret friends!
How to Unlock What Matters More Than Laws Panel Missions
Reach Day 7 of the Start Dash Missions
For new MementoMori players, panel missions will be unlocked when they reach Day 7 of the Start Dash Missions.
However, even if new players have not reached Day 7 yet, the Panel Missions will be unlocked on a designated date. If players unlock the Panel Missions right before the end of the event, the missions will still be available for a specified time.
Players should make sure to claim the rewards. Any unclaimed rewards will no longer be available once the event ends.
