Dr. Edgar Reyes is the head scientist who engineered the "miracle drug" Viviro. He is also the head of the scientific division known as "Biovida" that developed the PG-240 poison.
Dr. Edgar Reyes is also a sadistic psychopath who doesn't care about how many human lives he has to take in the name of scientific progress.
In the Operation Angel de la Muerte, El Doctor finally gets what's coming to him. Even in Dani's poisoned state, they were able to give justice to every Yaran that fell to El Doctor's blade.
