Lucas specializes in generating bullets to use it as is to deal AoE damage and inflict debuffs or exhaust it to deal even more damage at the cost of more AP and losing the debuffs.
Selena helps with inflicting Passion Weakness to the enemy and support Lucas' attacks with her marks. Mika helps with survivability and AP generation. Despite having access to a lot of AoE attacks, Selena's marks can still be activated with ease with this team.

The best team for Lucas is Selena and Mika as they help cover their shortcomings to create a well-rounded team composition of AoE and Single-Target Damage, AP recovery and health sustain, and applying various status effects such as Weaken, Agony, Impair, and Passion weakness.
Selena can be used as a flexible DPS between Lucas as they both can inflict Passion weakness to easily break enemies for more AP, while Mika is our support healer that keeps the team's health in check and provide us with more AP to use high-value cards.

The most important card for Lucas are Flashbang and Flame Thrower as they are his primary AoE Attack cards to quickly eliminate large packs of enemies. Flashbang allows him to inflict Passion weakness, while Flame Thrower lets you inflict AoE Damage and create Launcher Bullets to follow up for more damage or inflicting status effects.

So for Lucas' teammates, we recommend taking the Source of Water epiphany to further increase your AP gain. Tactical Analysis will provide you with the Wave buff for gaining even more AP every time you stack it 3 times.
As for Selena, make sure to get the Coordinated Attack epiphany as this works in tandem whenever you use Lucas Attack cards. Drone Bombing also works best with Lucas since you will be frequently using Passion Attack Cards between the two.

Serithea is the best partner for Lucas as the build will mostly utilize critical attacks. With Seritea, the Lucas's critical damage can gain up to 15% increase.

The best sets for Lucas in this build are Conqueror's Aspect and Executioner's Tool, chosen specifically to increase the damage of his S.S.S, Flashbang, and Bullet cards on critical hits. For main stats and substats, prioritize Critical Chance, Critical Damage, Passion Damage, and Attack.
Spark of Passion as Alternative to Conqueror's Aspect
Although not recommended for this build, if you still have Extended Magazine and R.P.G-7 in your deck, you can use Spark of Passion instead. Using these cards will allow you to consistently gain a 15% increase in Passion damage when Spark of Passion is equipped.

The Dark Grip's Claws is used for a flat damage increase, while the Shield of the Watcher is used to apply debuffs when taking damage. And the Crimson Bloodstone is used for healing when executing combos.
Do note that these equipment can be obtained from the The Blue Pot Chaos Manifestation, which you can unlock as you progress through Chapter 1 Story Missions.

Deal AoE Damage and Apply Passion Weakness
Lucas specializes on dealing AoE Damage with his Flashbang and Flame Thrower cards that can also apply Weaken and Passion weakness, and draw Bullet cards respectively.
Make sure to always start with Flashbang as your initial attack so you can make use of the Passion weakness to eventualy break the enemy and gain more AP.
Inflict Status Effects with Bullets
Lucas' Launcher Bullets have a variety of status effects you can inflict that can help benefit the team. The most important Bullets you want to use would be Explosive Shot as this inflicts Weaken and Flame Shot to inflict Agony for a consistent DoT effect.
