Lucas' best build focuses on playing around effects centered around exhastung bullet cards to help bullet-style characters such as Luke by buffing his bullet damage and acting as a sub-DPS for content with multiple enemies.

For his Memory Fragments, our setup works best with a 2/2/2 set using Black Wing for more attack stat and the Glory's Reign Set to provide his team additional damage from exhausting 3 cards which Lucas can easily do with his Extended Magazine or Luke's bullet cards.

His favored chaos zone is Twin Star's Shadow to obtain the best ATK modifying accessory Pulsating Egg for Lucas as most of his damage comes from fixed damage. Titan Combat Suit is a decent sustain armor and lastly, Crimson Sword paired with S.S.S to let us gain an agony stack to activate Luke's Cursed Corpse 2 piece set.

The best team for Lucas is Luke and Rei. Luke is the main benefactor of the team's support with Veronica focusing on card draws to guarantee a full bullet round combo via her card draws.

Hugo	Can replace Veronica as the Sub-DPS. He can provide more extra damage against the targets of Luke and Lucas while being able to draw cards at the cost of losing damage buffs and healing.

Mika	Can replace Veronica as the Support. Mika can provide sustain and AP to setup Lucas' upgrade cards but her lack of card draw must be answered with divine epiphanies.

R.P.G-7 is still the best card to duplicate among Lucas' cards as it lets him provide a ton of extra DPS for the team per exhausted bullet. S.S.S is then used to inflict agony via cursed sword and increasing Luke's bullet damage. Extended Magazine must be the exhaust version and is best used after using your R.P.G-7 upgrade to maximize their value even if unused to use their ephemeral's exhaust mechanic.

Luke's best card is his common build of generating three bullets per crit on his Rapid Fire to generate more bullets for exhaust options as well as Stealth Reload forthe same reason. Try to buff your cards with Seize the Opportunity and Luke's S.S.S to maximize your combo's damage then finish the combo with Dance of the Demon.

For Veronica, her main purpose is to provide extra DPS from Ballista while providing card draw to ensure that Luke can use his full combo every turn.

The current best partner for Luke is Yuri because at max manifest ego, which every player can easily achieve, she provides 16% attack stat boost making his fixed damage much more potent alongside a 16% multiplicative damage buff after the first shuffle. Her ego skill can provide 2 card draws if you need it.

The best set combination for this build is Black Wing and Glory's Reign. This build needs a lot of attack stat hence the choice for Black Wing, while Glory's Reign provides a passive team buff that you can easily complete via your own Shelling bullets or Luke's bullet cards.

Lucas' best equipment can only be found in The Foretold Ruin with Singing Sword giving him 15% more attack stat to boost the damage of his R.P.G-7. Psionic Combat Suit which can be found in any chaos zone inside Dellang Shop for fixed shield after exhausting a card.

Dimensional Cube can be found anywhere but you need to max the exploration level of Blue Pot to get it as a reward or as an item in Dellang's Shop. This equipment can provide stacking 10% additive damage buff to all attacks for 1 turn.

If you aren't able to get the best, you can settle for these equipment that some can be found in any chaos zones inside shops. Obsidian Sword to boost the overall damage of all his attacks by 12% multiplicatively. Titan Combat Suit for healing at the end of the turn if you were damaged and Amorphous Cube gives a permanent +25% additive damage buff to all of his attacks but not including his fixed damage.

R.P.G-7 works for cards from other party members as long as it has the bullet tag on the card and was exhausted either by external means or when used alongisde the exhaust tag. Characters such as Renoa and Luke can utilize this the most as they can generate a lot of bullet cards with exhaust on them.

R.P.G-7 Fixed Damage Stacks

In this build, multiple copies of R.P.G-7 enables Lucas to deal up to 200% fixed damage per exhausted bullet assuming you managed to have 4 copies of it. This lets him deal a lot of AoE damage per card exhaust as long as you can exhaust a lot of bullets per turn.

Fixed Damage Only Scales With Character Stat

Since Lucas' main damage comes from R.P.G-7, Morale buffs and other damage buff effects will not increase its damage. Same goes for the other side where Weaken and other damage debuff effects will not lower the damage of it.

Only attack and the attribute damage buff, in Lucas' case Passion Damage %, can increase the damage of R.P.G-7.

Fixed Damage Can Crit

If you want to increase his damage more, fixed damage can crit which makes investment on critical chance and critical damage worth on Lucas.

Multiple S.S.S Copies Only Extends Turn Duration

S.S.S is a card not worth duplicating because multiple copies of it regardless of whatever epiphany you chose will only extend its turn duration and not increase the additive buff it provides to bullet cards.
