| Note: Narja's performance will significantly improve if her cards has a Draw 1 Divine Epiphany. | ||
One of Narja's build focuses on increasing the damage of basic cards with Voluntary Control while maintaining Voracity stacks and card discounts with Bottomless Hunger. She can also significantly increase the damage of one attack card using Shackles of Hunger after consuming 5 Voracity stacks while providing enough heals for the party to survive most attacks.
For her Memory Fragments, this build works best with a 4/2 set using the new memory fragment, Glory's Rein, to get a 15% multiplicative damage boost to allies after using 3 cards with exhaust, Tetra's Authority to provide Narja more defense stat for her healing.
Her favored chaos zone this Season 2: Seed of Karmic Fire is Burning Life to get her best equipment such as Pale Eternal Flame for a 10% multiplicative damage after exhausting a card. Vine Lord's Mask to get a shield after drawing a card with exhaust and Sphere of Randomness for a 10% max HP plus a draw 1 and 1 AP at the start of battle however this weapon is exclusive drop chance from Senectus.

Mei Lin
|
Veronica
|
Narja's best team for this build is Mei Lin and Veronica. Mei Lin is the best character currently that can utilize both aspects of this Narja build at its full potential because she relies heavily on her basic attack card and also has a multi-hit attack card that benefits with Narja's buffs.
Veronica can help with more card draw for this team as Narja doesn't have any if you don't get a draw 1 divine epiphany for her and also fuel Mei Lin's Rising Dragon Spire as she is also a Passion character.
| Character | Explanation |
|---|---|
Chizuru
|
Can replace Mei Lin as a Main DPS. You need her Moonslash Oni Hunt build for this to work much better than Mei Lin however what she lacks is a proper multi-hit attack as she can't scale Shadow of the Moon in the same speed as Mei Lin. |
Rei
|
Can replace Veronica as a Support. Rei can provide more damage buffs to Mei Lin at the cost of losing consistent card draw, AP reduction, and passion cards. |
Cassius
|
Can replace Veronica as a Support. Quest Cards can help give more morale buffs to the party and he also has access to draw but not as consistent as Veronica and his quest cards can consume Voracity stacks. |
Narja can reliably heal and buff the party to full HP as long as you can maintain her Voracity stacks and her Mealtime can burst heal and deal reasonable damage if at max stacks and built specifically. She also has a unique ability where she can buff defense-based teams such as Khalipe, Magna, Maribell, Amir and recently, Nine, while having access to shields.

Narja can be built in many ways but her best build currently as a support is all about buffing basic and multi-hit attack cards. Her choice of Shackles of Hunger should always be the epiphany that increases the next attack card up to 200% if you are able to consume 5 stacks of Voracity. This card will also give 3 stacks of Predation resulting to a total of up to 300% damage amount.
As for Bottomless Hunger, her best epiphany is the one that gives Voracity stacks and card discount when used. This way, you can also reduce the cost of cards which can ease the usage of Rising Dragon Spire and other cards that costs 1 AP or more.
Her choice for Voluntary Control must be the epiphany that increases the damage amount of basic cards permanently and increases Voracity stack for each hit. This ensures that you can maintain Voracity stacks making Mei Lin's cards deal increased damage all the time.
After the February 4 Patch, You can also delete these two cards if you can without any save data limit cost. You can replace those two cards with two neutral cards you can obtain in the new chaos zone with Ebony Lumen for more card draw and Nutrient Absorption for the exhaust trigger which can activate the effects of Glory's Reign.

As for Narja's teammates, Mei Lin as always should have her Rising Dragon Spire that increases hit count per passion card used and Unity of Attack and Defense that moves her basic cards to hand. Narja can buff both aspect of her damage output easily.
Veronica on the other hand, must always have the 0 AP Repose for free draw 2 cards and a draw 2 card for Sir Kowalski too. She can also pick the epiphany for Pendant of Resolution that gives it a retrieve 4 tag for more passion cards.

Gaya
|
Passive Effect: Ice Wyrm's Roar - The assigned combatant's Defense is increased by 8% +20% Defense-Based Damage for the assigned combatant's Instinct cards. When using a Unique Attack Card of the assigned Combatant with an original Cost of 6, +20% to Damage Amount of all allies (max 1 stack). Ego Skill: Snow Upon the Heart - 60% Damage x 4 Draw 1 of this unit's Attack Cards |
Narja's best partner is Gaya as she can provide more defense stat to her while buffing her defense-based attacks. She can also provide a party-wide 20% additive damage buff after she uses her Mealtime. Her ego skill is also useful as it can deal defense-based damage and draw 1 attack card of this unit.

|---|---|
Nyx
|
Nyx only buffs health and healing amount of Narja but she can also provide party-wide additive buff but much lower. Her usefulness is more on her ego skill which can discard and draw up to 3 cards anytime you want. |
Alyssa
|
Alyssa is also a viable alternative if you don't have Gaya or Nyx as she is currently the only partner that can reach up to 25% defense buff at max manifest ego. She can also provide healing and morale buffs when using her ego skill. |

|---|---|
Yvonne
|
As a budget option, you can use Yvonne to buff Narja's defense by 16% at max manifest ego and provide fortitude and healing with her ego skill. |

As of the February 4 Patch, the best memory fragment sets for Narja are Glory's Reign for 15% multiplicative damage after using 3 cards with exhaust and Tetra's Authority for more defense stat on her heals.

・Defense ・Crit Chance % ・Critical Damage % ・Defense % |
Narja's desired main stats are Critical Chance %, Instinct Damage % and Defense %. She can easily achieve 300+ defense thanks to her defense potential without optimizing substats for defense that is why she can accept offensive stats as a bonus.

After the February 4 Patch, her best equipment can only be found on Burning Life. Pale Eternal Flame for a 10% multiplicative damage increase to all allies after exhausting a card. Vine Lord's Mask to get a fixed damage after drawing a card with exhaust and lastly Sphere of Randomness that can only be obtained as an enemy loot drop from Senectus.
For the refinement, Narja is centered on buffing her allies and the best for her are all about activating and drawing exhaust cards that will help her with card draw and activating Glory's Reign set.

|
Narja's best build buffs characters that revolves around using basic cards and multi-hit attacks. Since Mei Lin can do both, she can utilize both part of Narja's kit to its full extent. Here are the steps to execute the highest possible damage you can achieve with her buffs:
Voracity heal activates after hitting an enemy with an attack but it will not activate equipment, card or passive effects that has a heal or recover condition. For example, Shining World Tree Stem, Lightless Stem or Branch of Eternity will ignore the healing from Voracity.
Similarly, Voracity will not heal stress from combatants even if your health is not full.
Voracity activates on each enemy hit which means that multi-hit and AoE attack cards will consume multiple stack per use.
For example, if a 3-hit attack card is used, it will use 3 Voracity stack. Similarly, if an AoE attack card hits 4 enemies, it will consume 4 Voracity stack.
Once Predation is active, using an attack card will always use both stacks resulting to a buff to damage up to 140% additive damage increase per hit.

You can quickly tell if you have both effects active if the icon underneath Narja's portrait below the party HP has its mouth open. Otherwise, if the mouth is closed that means you currently don't have any Predation stacks.
Some epiphanies of Bottomless Hunger can stack and be used in future turns meaning that you can amass the amount of card discounts and use it even after the turn you played the card. Shackles of Hunger is the same where multiple copies or use can increase the damage boost further.
Bottomless Hunger epiphany 5 with the lead tag can stack infinitely until you use Mealtime. This means you can keep Mealtime on your hand and keep stacking additive damage to it then using it to deal massive AoE damage to enemies if you scaled it high enough.
However, multiple copies of Bottomless Hunger epiphany 5 will only extend the duration of its effect but not increase the damage amount it provides to Mealtime.
